There is a separate area to the right when you walk in to fill out waivers on the computer just an FYI. I didn't know what to expect but there are 5 separate areas where you can jump and play around. There is a kids area, an area to flip into what looks like a large airbag, a basketball hoop for kids and larger kids/adults, an adult area and a large common area to jump across. It is a great place to take the kids. My only concern is that the area is not secure so kids need to be monitored so they don't leave the area. I recently went to a children's museum that had an alarmed door so the kids were secure during their play time. That might be a good idea for this and adding a water fountain and restrooms within the play area. There were monitors in each area so it was safe. It wasn't really crowded but I'm wondering if there is a limit to the amount of people per hour. If it got too crowded then it could be dangerous. Overall I had a great time and would recommend it to all.

While it is a bit off the beaten path for us, we had no trouble locating the place and there is ample parking. There is a lengthy sign-in process to complete, but once we got rolling my daughter and her friends had a blast. Plenty of space, seating and photo-taking opportunities for parents. Equipment was clean and well-maintained. Staff is never super enthused but was overall fine and did a good job of monitoring the kids. Lots of variety for activities and weren't crazy on the clock so the kids got their full hour plus. Party room was clean and pizza was good, the girls working our room did a nice job for our party. Kids got to use the arcade as we were leaving, which is a nice add-on. Will return with my daughter for sure. Nice job!

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. What I liked most is that there are private areas to gather in. Also, I did try the pizza, wings and fries - they weren't anything special but they were good... My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!

If it were friendlier to parents supervising, I'd bring my kids back. The seating is uncomfortable and there are signs at all the benches indicating that you must be eating to sit there, so don't think about opening your laptop. They also wouldn't allow outside coffee or food, and while I'm happy to buy my kids lunch, I wanted to drink my coffee and eat my own healthy lunch. I treated myself to half an hour on the massage chair, and I didn't vacate immediately since I was finishing reading a book chapter. It immediately started beeping loudly and they made an overhead announcement telling me to get off the chair until I pay more. It's fun but overstimulating for the kids, and just too frustrating and uncomfortable to be an adult in this space. If you do go, don't upgrade to the more expensive pass since those rides aren't open.

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

I didn't realize they allowed summer camps to come in and take over the entire place. I watched one group come in and it was ice pack after ice pack with kids crying getting hurt. My son and I came to Urban Adventure yesterday for his friend's birthday party. This trampoline park is a bit smaller than Skyzone but is still a lot of fun and has plenty of fun activities and amenities. The birthday party was well run with plenty of pizza and donuts and drinks. The birthday boy was sick the first two times the party was scheduled and his mother told me rescheduling was a breeze and there were no rescheduling fees, so bonus points there. A few of the dads and I all jumped with the kids which was a blast. My only complaint comes in the area of staff. Most of the staff were typical bored and indifferent teenagers, which is fine until I need to start doing their jobs for them. Many of the areas were inconsistently monitored by staff. I was playing dodgeball with the boys from the party, all in third grade, and there was an older boy (6th grader) who had a cannon for an arm and was pelting the younger kids in the face and making at least three or four of them cry over the course of the afternoon. There were no staff members monitoring the dodgeball area while I was in there so I finally talked with him myself and reminded him that he's playing with 8 and 9 year olds and asked him to tone it down. But that shouldn't be my job to do. Safety should be a number one priority in a place like this and the staff really dropped the ball here. At another point another dad and I were the only adults monitoring the jousting area. The foam pit was filled with kids, and we wanted to let two of the boys from the party joust, so we had to ask the kids to get out of the pit so the boys could joust safely. Again, that shouldn't be our job to do. Overall a fun place, but not quite as good as Skyzone, and I think they need to reevaluate procedures for monitoring each section of the park.
