This school has been a very positive feature of my 2 grandsons. Counselors worked with him and encouraged and guided him all the way. The younger is in 10th grade and every year so far has been a positive experience for him as well. One is a scholar the other not so much, but both of them have benefited from their experiences at imagine and now prep. I went to the high school orientation and was very impressed with their goals and plans for the students. Just can't say enough about positive results they have gotten and continue to get with two very different children. I love the small classes and attention children receive both scholastic and emotionally. Leadership is encouraged but the average child is also encouraged to be the best they can be socially and scholastically.

Imagine Prep Superstition is a horrible school if you expect them to protect your children. My…read moredaughter started there this past school year and was sexually assaulted well per the law because the boy did not go into her pants just assault. A boy at the school in her same grade but they had different classes came up to her at lunch and told her "let me see your dick" and proceeded to touch her in her vagina area with her clothes on. She was in shock and embarrassed she quickly moved away. She called me and was crying hysterically where I couldn't even understand her. She got home and explained what had happened. That night I emailed the principal which of course I received no response. The next morning my husband, my daughter and I went to the school to speak with someone to report this and see what they were going to go about this. The assistant principal told us she was going to investigate and that they had zero tolerance for this behavior and that she would call me back later that day, she promised that if we left our daughter there she would be safe and this kid would stay away from her. Later that day she called me back and stated that the students that she spoke with did not see anything which she did not even get statements from all students which my daughter said were there and on the video you couldn't see anything as well BUT she had a copy made for the police if I wished to proceed with that route. She had found out during her investigation that a lot of their students there were hitting each other in their private areas. It was a game that the students were playing. I explained that's not a game my child would partake in, we have taught her way better then that. She said she's not saying that was the case and that she's not saying what happened to my daughter didn't happen but she has no evidence to proceed with this supposed zero tolerance that she told me about. She then stated that she spoke with all of the students and told them if this happens they will be suspended. I'm on the phone thinking BUT I THOUGHT YOU HAD ZERO TOLERANCE? Now this doesn't make sense. My husband, oldest daughter and daughter that this happened to went to the Apache Junction police department filed a police report # 210830010. While they were there the police officer stated that have other accusations from that school. I was then contacted by a detective 4 days later and the school now told him that they no longer have the video. I told the detective, I was told they had a copy for the police and now it's gone. I'm sorry but that seems too suspicious. Now it has turned into a he said, she said situation so of course no charges can be filed. The detective apologized for not being able to do anything and said if any witnesses will step forward he will proceed. I have since pulled my daughter from this school and enrolled her into another school, because I'm sorry they must have things going on there that they're trying to cover up and my daughter will not be hurt again. I would like to warn others, talk to your children and let them know it is not ok! They need to speak up and make people/schools held accountable for their actions. Also, I hope this story is shared so this school will start holding themselves to a better standard and protect the child that they are supposed to!

It is unfortunate to have to leave this review because graduation should be a positive and memorable experience for families. However, after attending our son's graduation last night, we left extremely concerned about the environment and overall organization of the event. When we arrived, we attempted to find seating in the bleachers as two parents simply hoping to watch our last child graduate from high school. Despite arriving hours before, we could not find even 2 seats together because large sections were being "saved" by individuals holding dozens of seats for extended family members who had not yet arrived and many never did. Leaving empty seats. Such a shame. This created unnecessary tension throughout the stands and contributed to an environment that grew increasingly hostile as the event approached. We personally witnessed, and were victims of, verbal confrontations, aggressive behavior, and foul language exchanged between attendees over seating disputes. What should have been a meaningful celebration instead became stressful and uncomfortable for many families. The poor behavior of these "adults" is on them, but the root cause is on RMHS. The presence of significant security and police staffing made it clear that the school anticipated potential problems. That alone should signal the need for a better preventative approach rather than relying primarily on security to respond "after" tensions escalate. Most of the other large schools have implemented systems that reduce conflict and improve safety, and RMHS should strongly consider similar measures. Possible solutions could include: * Reserved or ticketed seating for "immediate" family * Clearly designated overflow seating for extended family and guests * Policies limiting or eliminating large-scale seat saving No parent should struggle to find 2 seats to watch their child graduate because of avoidable crowd management issues. The good news is there is time to improve this before the class of 2027 takes the field. I sincerely hope RMHS takes the concerns raised by multiple families seriously and works proactively to create a safer, more organized, and more positive experience moving forward. You do not have the luxury to bury your head in the sand now. Change your mindset and be proactive instead of reactive. You, the administration, tout that safety of your RMHS community is a top priority, it's time to walk the walk.
