He was amazing and patient explaining all the details and his help made me make my decision quicker. He has also been responsive after the sales and sent me a hand written card which was a sweet gesture. If you are ever looking for a Kia, this is the best dealership to be. Everyone seems very helpful but I would say ask for Kelly :)

Carriage Kia of Kennesaw pulled one of the oldest, dirtiest dealership tricks in the book. That's not a "valuation," that's a predatory low‑ball designed to bury customers in negative equity and force them into a bad deal.I told the salesman I wouldn't take anything under $23,500, which is still below what the vehicle is actually worth. He vanished for ten minutes, then came back with a laughable excuse about "shopping my car around to other lots to see if anyone would buy it." That is not how trade values work, and anyone who's ever traded a car knows it. It was a straight-up lie meant to pressure me into accepting their garbage offer. Then he handed me my keys like they were doing me a favor. This dealership relies on manipulation, misinformation, and low-ball tactics instead of honesty and transparency. If you value your money, your time, or basic respect, avoid Carriage Kia of Kennesaw. They showed me exactly who they are --

After searching for over a month for a good used truck, I made it down to 3 selections…read more After looking again at all 3, I decided to purchase the 1 here at Selective. My decision was based on several factors: 1. The vehicle was the most realistic of the 3, being in the best shape, the maintenance history, and the model. 2. I also chose based on the reviews from this dealer. 3. My salesrep Zak and the owner Sam (and all the employees) are good and honest people. 4. Price and quality with ability to purchase a warranty. I haven't bought a used vehicle at a dealership in many years, and this experience was top-rated. My salesrep Zak was friendly, professional and most of all HONEST. I won't go into too much detail here yet I must state that anyone buying a used car from a dealership (as is) should know that there are no guarantees. You should very thoroughly research the vehicle you are looking to buy beforehand so you will know if there are known issues. Zak and I discussed the pros and cons of vehicle (I was already very familiar with my vehicle as I had bought only this truck for the past 30 years. The truck had everything I needed except for one option, and so we negotiated having that option installed by the dealer, which they did, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the quality of integrity these folks showed. Before buying here I looked at their reviews and while almost all were 5 star, there were a few "unsatisfied" customers, and I noted they were almost all from reviewers who obviously didn't do their research. I highly recommend this dealership and will return for another vehicle if needed. Thank you Sam, Zak, John and the rest of the team!

Well, alrighty then, grab a bag of popcorn have a seat and relive this experience with me. Mind…read moreyou, you must be an average person (Huh, unfortunately this term may or not apply these days) and I will definitely, digress during this long write up (Emphasis on long). Ok, back to being an average person, anyway, you must have had setbacks due to several real-life financial situations, and you know your credit has been affected by this setback for a number of reasons. Real-life and transparency, my accounts were scammed and most of the funds weren't recovered. So, I Am a real person, and my experience may or may not help you. Ok, I took my vehicle 2018 Honda CRV with 108,000 miles to the have a courtesy diagnostic test because I felt a slight stiffness when making certain turns. My advisor Joseph "Joe" Gulino, took very good care of me which is where this amazing journey began. When I called his direct number, he was patient and went over results of the test line by line ensuring I understood. Ok, you say that's his job, well true enough, I'd rather he does his job than not! You may also know the myth about women being taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge. Well, we didn't have goggle or the support info back then! End result, my steering column was filing for divorce and wanted alimony. About $5,000 to be exact. And that didn't include the labor pains the mechanics were going to say they went through. We all know men can't handle Labor Pains, but anyway, can you believe this crap? I bought this vehicle in 2018 and took great care of it even paying it off. And now because I'm falling on hard times, just like a lover, the money is running out and now the car is trying to follow suit. Anyway, I told Joe my advisor about maybe a trade-in. The wheels began to turn. He introduced me to Tommy, the Exchange Mgr., who introduced me to the Bill Gilbert my Salesperson. Bill and I sat and talked. At no time was I nervous? No, why not? Because Bill wasn't trying to make a sell. He had a real-life person sitting in front of him, with no down payment, a car with about $8,000 or more of repairs, plus a title lien of $5300 (NOTE; I got the title loan in August 2025 for $5,000 and had been paying between $650- $700 a month since August and still owed $5300, May 2026). All going to Principle/interest. So, you do the math. All I had was my faith in GOD. Ok, now is where so of you may stop reading, so bye Felicia. So, as I was typing, all I had left was my faith. Did I ever think, "What's the worse they can say is no, I'm not qualified, it wouldn't be the first time in my life, because it's sometimes part of life." But, no, I actually I didn't even think about that because I was never made to feel like that. Bill was moving around like Mario Andretti every so often, checking on me. Tommy, the Exchange manager and I talked about Morning Devotionals, about life and faith. When Bill returned, Tommy came to shake my hand leaving for the night but telling Bill, if he was needed for questions just give him a call. As time passed, Bill and I continued to talk off and on. What really had an impact on me was when Bill said. "I understand how we can fall on hard times. We exchanged our pasts true life ups and downs. But his impact statement was, "I pray you won't, but if you ever fall into a financial situation like this, come talk to me first. Trust me, I've had financial experiences that I had to overcome. But I've been in this business, (I think he said 25 years and a Veteran), I've learned those places just give you a bandage with no padding to cover the wound so you're just applying an adhesive to a wound that will never heal. Before departing again, he asked if I needed another bottle of water or anything? About 20 minutes he came back and said, "ok, you've been approved, let's go do see the car and do a test drive". I mean it was very casually like there was never a question about the trade in. We went out had the test drive and returned to Bill's desk. About that time the finance Guru Ben, came out, asked a couple questions adding, don't worry you'll leave here tonight with that car or a loner until tomorrow. So "Whoomp! There it is or Shazam. I left in a vehicle in a Honda CRV 2023 with 35,000 miles, peace of mind having, bad credit, no money down, at least $15, 000 in repairs which included the steering column, and they paid the $5300 title loan. If that's normal, ok, but for me it was all GOD putting the right people in my life at the right time. I'm 75 with one foot in the grave and the other on a banana peel and not ready to play Russian Roulette. Also, this isn't my first Rodeo. Oh, Gauge, thanks for helping Bill out with the techno stuff and for the conversation and thanks to everyone who helped me. Honestly, this experience made up for every bad experience I'd had with this company. There has been a 100% turn around. So, Ask for Bill Gilbert as your salesperson.

When I asked for my check back, I was yelled at and Greg threw the check back at me. The manager Michael told me that employees are able to raise their voices at customers because "sometimes we do it to them". I was able to get the check back but I do not recommend ever going to this dealership. I found out after the fact that they apparently have done this frequently enough they have been reported to the better business bureau multiple times.
