This place was a dream!! Now, I'm an experienced crafter myself, while my girlfriend is not so much, but I'm happy to say both of us were able to enjoy it. The options are a wide variety including activities for all skill levels, and the instructions are very straightforward. The bar menu was also plentiful, with a variety of signature cocktails, some limited wine selections, and even some holiday-inspired shots! I also felt like the staff all took great care of us, making sure we had a memorable experience. They continued checking on us whether to help with our crafts or to fill up our glasses, were kind and attentive. This was such a special experience!

The light show is timed throughout the day and I arrived like 45 minutes early, so I had plenty of time to explore their "downstairs area." Tons of free arcade games. I played Pac-Man and whatever game it is where you shoot aliens. There is also a car racing game. There is an old school basketball game hooked up to an old TV. They have a large projector screen hooked up to a Nintendo switch with Mario and Zelda games. I actually really enjoyed coloring in the many coloring books they had. They have retro, funky furniture, fun decorations, and merch for sale. The light show itself is a fun time! No videography or photography during, but they do a basic show at the end so people can take photos and videos. You can lay on the floor or back in a pew on one of the many fluffy stuffed pillows and watch and meditate. They have great stoner music too (think Pink Floyd). And of course, the chapel itself is beautiful. No partaking in cannabis while in the building. They keep it family friendly (there were toddlers there when I went, but they were well behaved). They have multi-denominational church services a couple times a month where people can use cannabis. There is a lot of nearby street parking, as it's kinda in a residential area, though I took a Lyft. Also a mile or less walk to some of the main food and bar sites on Broadway.

First, it's not quite what you think - nothing is sold and nothing is used there. I wouldn't say it's exactly family friendly for every family but there were little kids there. We started with the meditation/laser show. The room, once the church sanctuary, is painted in the brightest colors imaginable. It's absolute eye candy. You sit (or lay) on church pews that are full of squishy pillows. The lights dim, the meditation starts and the lasers illuminate various parts of the room. Even with the rock music, it really was mellow and relaxing. I don't know if you're permitted to sit through it more than once but I know that I would have liked too. While the laser show and "brightness" may be the main draw, the arcade was the most fun for us. Everything is included, no quarters needed. I played ski-ball until my arm was tired. While my husband played Galaga, I was drawn to the lite-brite. Simple? Yes but I wasn't allowed to have one when I was little and this was an absolute thrill for me. We then went into another room where we played Mario Cart - the game was projected onto an entire wall. There were board games, more arcade games, crayons and markers...everything needed to unleash your inner child - my husband and I spent the entire afternoon doing just that. We're back home now. Was running into each other with three people. I feel like it would be too crowded with 4+ people on certain game activities. It kinda got stuffy in the room after 30 minutes, so it would be nice if there were bigger fans on the ceiling, ventilating the air more. Drinks: Pricey. Basic alcoholic and non alcoholic option. Nothing super exciting. There's a drink holder shelf in the game rooms. Extra note: Cancellation policy is very stringent. We added two friends to our reservation on the day of the reservation and a few hours later, they couldn't make it due to a sudden medical reason. Even though these changes all happened on the day of, they would not make any exception. Only offered the option of rescheduling them in the future by emailing the manager. Keep that in mind when you make a reservation.

It's a fun way to spend 90 minutes to 120 minutes based on your fascination level and how many people are with you to indulge. For about $50 to 60 a person if I recall, you can go nuts doing selfies within a number of themed sets and installed art stages. There are selfie tripods set up for each set with the adequate lighting to take shots of yourself to show off to your friends, fuel your vanity, and just have a bit of amusement and fun. Each of the sets and art installations are different theme-wise such as the bathtub and dressing room sets, the psychedelic landscapes with Jim Henson-like plush animals, surreal backgrounds, gym-like settings with punching bags, food-centric backdrops, fake advertising murals, and more. You have to love taking selfies to spend the money for a couple of hours. Additionally, they have an escape room if you have some friends who may be inclined and get selfied out.
