If I could warn anyone considering AirSculpt, it would be do not work with this company, regardless of the location, under any circumstances. This has been an absolute nightmare. This is my second time having a procedure done at an AirSculpt location, and unfortunately, the customer service and follow-up have been just as frustrating as the first time. The first time, I went to the San Diego location because the Beverly Hills location never called me back after my consultation. San Diego was a 1.5-hour drive for me. After my surgery, I drove all the way back for my follow-up appointment only to find out my doctor wasn't even there. I was never properly scheduled for my one-month or one-year follow-ups either. I was also told my first surgeon would not perform my procedure unless I paid for AirSculpt Plus, which I did, and it honestly did nothing for me. Despite all of that, I decided to give AirSculpt another chance because I really liked the awake procedure option. This time I went to Irvine and was promised a better experience. I actually really like my surgeon, but a few weeks after the surgery, I sent photos of my concerns. We scheduled two follow ups for two separate dates which were both canceled multiple times by him, with no explanation. I finally saw him in person and he acknowledged that he missed some fat during my arm procedure and that it needs a revision. My arms overall look good, but one side is extremely uneven and the difference is very noticeable. I've already spent over $14,000 on this procedure, in addition to the $20,000 I previously spent with AirSculpt. When I spoke with the office manager about the revision, she told me she couldn't approve it herself, that it would be an additional $2,000, and that she needed to escalate it to upper management. She said I would hear back today, but I haven't heard anything. At this point, I have tried everything. I've contacted the office, called the 1-800 number, and even tried reaching out through Instagram. Nobody is getting back to me. For the amount of money I've spent with this company, I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase people down just to get a response about a revision for an issue their own surgeon acknowledged. I genuinely don't understand what is going on with AirSculpt. The lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability makes this entire experience feel like a huge scam. I'm giving 2 stars because I do genuinely like my surgeon and my arms look good overall, but the unevenness is terrible and the way this company has handled everything has been an absolute nightmare.

Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. I bought a Morpheus 8 session here as a birthday gift for a friend in June…read more She had concerns about how the treatment was performed and asked the office for her treatment record, specifically the settings that were used. She emailed twice and got no reply. I called the office twice and emailed twice as the person who paid. No response to any of it, over 14 days. I wasn't expecting a detailed response since it's her medical record but responding to one of us would have been nice. During her session she noticed the handpiece being lifted off her skin at the moment the device fired, three or four times that she counted. Those felt like a sharp shock at the surface rather than the deeper sensation she remembered from her previous treatments elsewhere. Her session was one pass. Her prior treatment elsewhere was two passes with the handpiece held in place through each pulse. Afterward her skin looked different from last time as well. Of course recovery varies and that redness isn't a measure of anything on its own, so nobody is claiming the treatment did or didn't work. It's too early to know. The support staff was honestly amazing up until the service itself. Then they just sort of disappeared (which is very odd when she requested details of her record). What I can speak to here is what happened after. A patient asking for her own treatment record is a routine request, and being met with silence is not what I expected from a practice with this rating. If the office reaches out to her and resolves this, I'll update the review to say so.

He answers every single question I have -- whether it's over text, FaceTime, or in person. If I want to stop by the office, he gets me in right away. His bedside manner is unmatched, and I've felt 100% comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I had a consultation with a "famous" Instagram surgeon before choosing Dr. K, and honestly, there's no comparison. I'd…read morelike to start by saying that the office staff was always very kind. 360 TUMMY TUCK: 7/10 For the most part, I am still very happy with the tummy tuck procedure. I did have a complicated recovery with necrosis of the belly button, but you would not be able to tell now. My scars are alright, I've definitely seen much better... but I tattooed over mine anyway so it didn't matter much to me. However, during the consultation I made it a huge point that there was a part of my lower back that I was very unhappy with. Dr K documented and explained that it would be lipo'd and he would excise it if necessary. I have a scar in the area, but it looks like it wasn't touched AT ALL. Definitely no lipo in the area, just a normal tummy tuck scar, but it doesn't go all the way under the area of concern. So it looks like he left it untouched. When I brought this up at my several post op appointments, he told me to wait a year. After a year, he brushed it off. I am now left with this incredibly awkward small lump right above my butt crack that has left me incredibly insecure. BREAST IMPLANTS AND NIPPLE LIFT: 1/10 I already had breast tissue (about a 36 C) but deflated after weight loss. I really wanted to fill them back up and make them perky again. Because of how deflated they were, I was expecting to get a breast lift, which other surgeons also mentioned to me. During the consultation, Dr K was very adamant that he would NOT do a lift, because I was in my early 20's. His reasoning was that they would need to be redone after I had kids... so I told him that I do not plan to have children. He told me that I might change my mind - which is absolutely NOT for him to decide or even have a say in. He told me he could do a nipple lift on my right side and it would make them look even and perky without the lift. I trusted him. My nipple is now OVAL ladies. OVAL. Completely mismatched. Extremely embarrassing. I also have had rippling, it feels like the implants are underfilled. I can literally crunch the bags and you can see it. When I lay down, they go to the side completely and my chest is flat. When I bend forward, they droop and look absolutely disgusting. I was also very concerned about the left breasts shifting so much to the side when I work out, that it completely deforms and pulls the bag. He told me "you can't work out your chest." This was a YEAR after surgery. He literally said I cannot work out, and that was the answer. Six years later and I have extremely heavy, sagging implants that are weighing my chest down. My nipples fall over the crease of my breast, and it's extremely uncomfortable and they've made me feel so embarrassed. I am now having to save money to get the lift that I should have gotten 6 years ago, and hoping that another doctor can fix my nipple and the underlying damage. I will never get these past 6 years back (and the next few years that I spend saving up.) So I hope this saves someone else.
