Walked in, great first impressions, lovely Cindy got me checked in, vibes were great! Cindy helped me with the skin analysis photos and Sabrina showed me the results and recommended care packages. Decided to do the skinpen microneedling with Rejuran and bb laser package. First they numbed my face, 45 mins, simple process, washed my face afterwards and went to get microneedling. Cathy did the microneedling and taught me that the Rejuran is topical and a stronger and more potent formula than PDRN. That was applied on top as the microneedling was done. Did not feel any pain, but felt a sort of a rolling sensation, sorta like a sunburn feel, but not too bad. Ended with red lighting and voila, heading home and making sure to not use any actives for a week and be kind to my skin. I had a great experience at MeSo MedSpa. I arrived at 4:50 PM for my 5:00PM appointment and was taken back to the room by 5:12 PM, which felt very reasonable. At 5:20 PM, the nurse came in, explained everything clearly, went over pricing, and discussed starting with 15 units, making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere was very calming quiet lofi music, a clean office, and genuinely kind, attentive staff. I ended up receiving 16 units of Jeuveau for $89 as a new client special, which was an amazing value. I also appreciated that they don't push or try to upsell any additional services, which made the experience feel very low-pressure and trustworthy. They offer a 2-week follow-up appointment, which you can cancel if you feel you don't need it, and they provided clear, easy-to-understand post-care instructions before I left. I also appreciated the focus on Korean skincare and techniques, which made the experience feel elevated and thoughtful rather than rushed. The only suggestion I would offer is for the RN to draw up the vial in front of the patient for added safety and peace of mind, rather than bringing pre-filled syringes into the room. Also, it would be nice to mark the forehead to identify areas where she is going to inject rather than freehand it. Aside from that, everything was smooth and professional. I came in for the Hydra Glow Peeling after receiving a returning client promotion. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing facial experiences I've ever had. The aesthetician, Julie, never asked about my skin type, did not explain the peel or provide any education before applying it, and initially skipped over several steps that were included in the advertised treatment. I had to stop the service and pull up the promotional email to show what was actually included. She was weirdly insistent on "aloe Vera gel and red light" only after the peel. Mind you my tingling was at a level 1-2, no reaction really. The treatment felt rushed and incomplete. Julie even left in the middle of my facial without telling me another aesthetician would be taking over!! The second aesthetician didn't complete the service either. Seems like Julie was running behind and left me unfinished to tend to her next appointment. I hope MeSO reviews its training and quality control so future clients receive the treatment they book because this was wildly unprofessional. read more

It's been very dry with this crazy California weather change. The check-in lounge is gorgeous! June greeted us and she was so bubbly and welcoming. Immediately offered us a drink and a snack from their snack bar. You'll have to fill out a questionnaire about any medical conditions you have as well as your skin concerns. They send this to you via text before your appointment, which I appreciated. One thing that stood out to me about my visit is they perform a skin analysis. They take photos of your face from different angles to really look at what skin issues and concerns you may have. This is done before your treatment. Karen performed my treatment today and she was just lovely. There's a little cabinet in your room to keep your shoes, bag, and other items. You keep your clothes on and you have your own privacy as each section has their own curtain. Karen walked me through every step of the treatment and explained what it was meant to address. She checked in with me to make sure I felt comfortable throughout. After my treatment, June gave me a full skin analysis and future treatment recommendations based on my photos. I really wanted to like this place, the people are nice, it's super clean, and they are accommodating to last min changes. But when I went for a skin consultation and Sara didn't really help me. Don't get me wrong she's a great conversationalist and very nice but she didn't talk about the results until I asked her at the end of the meeting. The whole time it felt like she just kept pushing the micro needling package and talking about its benefits for 30 minutes without actually telling me anything about my skin. The only thing I learned was that i have combination skin lol I ended up getting a hydra facial cause I felt like I needed it and before I got it my skin was clear with some small white heads. Immediately after, like I'm talking towards the end of the facial I felt 2 big pimples form on my face. My skin also broke out for a few days after. I'm not sure if that's what was intended but I've gotten facials in the 626 area and my skin has not reacted like this before. Also the funny part too was she put the jelly mask over my eyes and I have cluster lashes and she said that it would be fine and they wouldn't rip out but guess what! all my lashes came off! It's not a big deal for me but for other people I think this would really suck. Sorry but I won't be coming back even with all the specials and the nice staff :( read more
