Went out of town for the weekend. Didn't want to pay high prices to park at the airport terminal. Sky Park is across Highway 70 near Peartree Inn. You park yourself and a shuttle picks you up. For $9 a day uncovered it's a great deal. Shuttles run regularly, they offer complementary bottled water when you exit the parking lot. They also offer valet service. read more

Skypark parking in St. Louis, MO has this young man that drives in the morning with dreads that is so rude and unfriendly, his whole attitude is so off pudding. When you greet him or tell him the terminal that you need, he doesn't even have the decency to look you in the eye, he looks past you as if he doesn't want to be bother. He only helps you if he thinks you're going to tip him. This company needs to give him more customer service training, because he's service is terrible! read more

We have been using sky park for over 10 yrs . There service of shuttling back to their lot has gone down . We waited at terminal 1 over 35 mins at 5 pm 7/28/24 even after calling in numerous times . That's just unacceptable. This also happened in March '24 . read more

Great service. The attendants are always helpful in getting you to the airport quickly with the least hassle. I use this everytime I go on a trip. They help me with my luggage. Someone is always there to greet you, even at 3AM! I always appreciate their help after a long trip and return to my car. And they always offer a free bottle of water when you pay for your parking. I always use this lot when traveling because they have good pricing, a nice safe lot, and friendly shuttle service. For our last trip, they got us to and from the airport quickly, dropped us back off near our car and are priced below almost all of the local competitors. Also - they have loyalty cards if you are a frequent traveler and they offer a bottle water when you are checking out. read more

Have used sky park for years and always loved it. Last several trips, the shuttle has smelled so badly of weed, it's difficult to breathe.

spent $36 for 5 nights (got $1 off per night as a SLU student). Overall was a pleasant experience. Going to the airport, my flight was in the evening and there were 2 shuttles going to the airport in the 10 minutes that I was there. Coming back though, my flight landed around midnight so I had to call and ask about their shuttle (apparently at nights they send shuttles less frequently which is understandable). As long as the price is low and minimum services are provided, I'll come back. read more

Just dropped off our car and received excellent customer service from Miss Terry at the gate and Mr. Wil who dropped us off. We needed to park in a disabled space and Miss Terry showed us the closest one and took my wife's bag and offered her a seat while we were waiting for the shuttle. I have always used Sky Park for all my long-term airport parking needs for several years now. It is quite economical ($7/day for self-park or $10/day valet), their parking lot is well-lit, they send someone over fairly quickly if a shuttle is already not around, and they get you in and out quickly. I always give myself ample amount of time to get to the airport so maybe it is part of the reason why I have not had any issues with getting to the terminal like someone had mentioned. Their shuttle have never made me late for a flight or feel like I needed more time because they made me wait for too long before taking me to the terminal. I generally catch the shuttle right after parking and there usually are a couple of them going at one time, at least. Also, there are enough spaces in between vehicle that you should not have to worry about someone hitting your car door. Last year, I parked my less than 1-year-old car when I went on vacation and came back to a perfectly fine car. I will definitely continue to use their long-term service. The best customer service ever from all the drivers!! Rates for longterm parking are reasonable and after paying before exiting, you will be offered a bottle water for free ! Skypark, keep up the great attitude as well as your commitment to providing excellent customer service! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT SERVICE: my wife and I travel quite a bit for work and recreation. Skypark continues to decline in service. When picked up the drivers will rarely offer a location ticket. On drop off most drivers don't get out of their seat to help with bags and still expect a tip. Today was the worst. When I went outside to catch the shuttle there had to be 50 people (with luggage) waiting to get to Lot C. Some had already been waiting 30 mins. Shuttles for the other lots were coming with greater frequency. I finally decided to call. The person on the phone tried to rush me off and was rude to boot. There are too many other options to ever deal with Skypark again. I am done. read more

Parked here for a decade, including my 23 employees. I came home from Dallas to find someone hit my three week old work truck, so I filed an incident report. After years of customer loyalty I didn't even get an email, just silence. Since Covid the average wait is almost 30 minutes so it's time to move on anyway. Best parking around STL airport! The workers are always friendly. They will pick you up at your car in their go carts. The price is the cheapest around (7 bucks a day). The shuttles are always there when you need them to be. They also offer other services like oil changes and car washes while you are gone. They also give a free water bottle when you exit. I've never heard of another parking company offering that much. read more

I've been using Sky Park several times per year since 2010. At times I considered moving on to other lots but have always come back. And there were times where the service was adequate. But far too often now, I can never get a shuttle in anything like a reasonable amount of time. Today - early afternoon - I waited easily over 10 minutes at terminal 2 for a shuttle. On the ride back it appeared one of the shuttle drivers may have gone AWOL (or was parked somewhere). Dispatch seemed to be trying to cover as much as possible where you could tell customers were calling them (like I did). While waiting, I saw several passes from EZ Park, Parking Spot and Super Park. Even saw the terminal shuttle twice, long before Sky Park showed up. When it was a $6/day lot maybe this was easier to take. Now I'm not sure. Going to try the competition for a while. read more

I created a Yelp account so I could review this place after they helped me out of a jam on Christmas. I arrived at my car with two suitcases only to find my battery had died because I left an interior light on for a week (not my proudest moment!) Even though they were short staffed (it was Christmas Day, and the poor guy was working at least a 12 hour shift) and it was freezing outside, the friendly staff member gave me a jump- at no charge. Five minutes later, I was happy to be in a warm car on my way home. I've used Sky Park before because they tend to be cheaper (plus you can always find coupons in the newspaper) but more importantly, the employees have always been courteous and helpful. When I was departing for this trip, they even flagged down the shuttle before it left so I wouldn't be waiting for another one in the cold...the small things like that that make you appreciate this place. read more

Best value for airport parking in St. Louis, period. I have never waited at their location more than a minute or two, and there has always been a shuttle outside door 10 (terminal 2) waiting to bring me back. They charge $7 for self-park and $11 for valet service, which means you can leave it at the entrance and jump right on the bus. They can wash your car (and wax it if you like) on your return day, plus they can even do oil changes at a really reasonable price. It is very easy to locate coupons, my most recent coming from Feast Magazine gave me $6/day plus a day free. For some reason I usually get Sterling as my driver, and he is a really nice and efficient driver. All of them are, for the record. Just be sure to give them a couple of bucks each time as they handle your baggage into and off of the shuttle. read more

Completely surprised about how easy Sky Park was. Being one that usually tracks down a friend to drop us off at the airport i was all ready a little bummed that i had to pay at all to park. We had typically parked at a local hotel and used a shuttle to the airport, but now we have a new ride! So here's a quick breakdown as to why i think Sky Park deserves 5 stars. We found a coupon online that saved us a dollar, so we're already off to a great start :-) It was extremely easy for us to get to, found a parking spot very easily, they will detail my car before i get back if i wish, the gentleman watching over the cars were cleanly kept, the shuttle was prompt in delivering us to our terminal. Although the shuttle looked like it may need a little maintenance at $6 a day, i am willing to over look that one. I believe i could have been their spare as well. Even coming home Sky Park won me over. I didn't need to call them to bring the shuttle, they already had several doing 'laps'. The time it took after we had our bags to get to our vehicle was impressive, and to top it all off, as we paid they offered me a bottle of water (which i really did appreciate) I'm a hotel convert. Not only was Sky Park easier, and faster to get in and out of, they were friendly and $6 a day for airport parking is chicken feed to most. read more

Used the service October 31 to November 6 2021. Booked valet and when I arrived I was told there was no valet. Their site advertised detailing and when I enquired the attendant basically laughed. Had to drive fast to catch up with the shuttle and thought I would take the bottom of my car out as the parking lot was so pitted. When I parked I found myself in about four inches of water with the shuttle driving away. Just awful. read more

I can't say enough about the customer service these parking lot employees showed me last night. My flight got in late, it was dark, it was cold, and I get in my car to start the 2 hour drive home...and my battery is dead. The shuttle driver swings back around to ask if everything is ok. He says "cmon we'll take care of you." We go back to the office, where it's warmer and he hands me off to Chris, who was more than happy to help me out. After more than 45 minutes and several different tries (my battery was completely zapped) he had me ready to go and even brought my car around to the office where they had me wait because it was warmer. I don't know what I would have done if he, along with another employee, wouldn't have helped. The world needs more nicer people like them. Thank you!! read more

The man at the gate was exceptionally rude. Then we waited nearly 20 minutes for a shuttle while a bus sat in the lot waiting for "more" people. Once on the bus that had only two open seats we continued to wait. They must not have enough shuttles or drivers. Once the bus got underway the radio a played Christian radio station the entire ride. Park somewhere else if you want customer service or timely arrival to the airport. read more

Sky Park is my "go-to" location for parking at the St. Louis airport. I've been using their services for several years and have always been impressed with the service I receive. Last night I arrived in St. Louis from NYC just as two tornadoes touched down in the area. My shuttle driver remained calm and got us all safely to the office where we were invited inside and offered water while we waited for the weather to calm down. The crew checked on each of their customers, which direction they were going and made sure they weren't going to drive into the path of the bad weather. All of that was very nice, but what stands out to me the most is their genuine concern for the safety and well being of their clients. I will always use Sky Park and would have even if I hadn't had this experience, but because of the crew's amazing service I had to write this review. Thank you Sky Park crew! I dont't know why some people complain about this place! It's a great deal for $7/day! I read a few reviews that mentioned that they were annoyed because it was a gravel lot. It was paved where we parked, so I don't know what they were talking about... I also read that the spaces were to small and to beware door dings. But the space we parked in gave us plenty of room. The WORST! The location is a pain in the a**, the lot itself is janky, with mostly gravel. I have NEVER had to maneuver my own luggage from my parking space up to the office at any other lot. The shuttle driver also delayed departure from the lot to the airport in order to gather ONE more potential customer they had seen pull their car into the lot. The lot should have enough shuttles to catch other guests instead of making a full shuttle wait. We took my husband's company vehicle to the airport/lot. Had we been driving nicer car, I would NOT have been comfortable with leaving it here overnight, let along for a full week - the level of security would be very suspect here. I would gladly pay more money to park ANYWHERE else. read more
