Terrible early morning experience. Driver - named David was extremely rude when I had difficulty finding a spot. No signage or indication when I pulled in that there were limited spaces left in the entire lot. When I found a spot, David jumped out of shuttle. I thought he was going to assist my wife & I, but was mistaken. He was ver rude and agitated that I didn't "follow" him around the lot to locate a space. Should've used SkyPark next door. No need for that level of stress to just park a car. read more

Close, convenient and cheap. It is an open lot with no covered parking spaces, but if you choose the the entrance on the right and go straight there are some amazing white pine trees that provide shade for your ride. The shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. One member of our group of six forgot he had a pocketknife in his "pocket" when he arrived at the SW terminal to be dropped off. The driver took the pocketknife back to our travelers SVU and slipped it into the wiper well. When we returned from our trip, the knife was there waiting to be reunited with its owner. Arriving back to STL, we were picked up by an equally friendly driver and returned to our vehicles. The daily rate here is $8 and that is a deal. When I fly, this is where I park my ride. read more

We waited over 40 minutes for a pick up from the STL. We watched several other companies make the rounds several times and called EZ Park 4 times and were told it was coming "shortly" each time. When the driver arrived he was not helpful and did not assist anyone with their luggage getting off. Very poor service. Will not use again--will use one of the other companies we watched go by numerous times while waiting! read more

I am so glad I purchased a Groupon for EZ Park! I knew I would be going on vacation and needed to leave my car at the airport, but I was worried about the price for 5 days. Thanks to Groupon I was able to spend $20 on 5 days of parking! What a deal. I arrived in the later afternoon around 4 pm and as my fiance and I were unloading our car the shuttle guy came right over to our parking spot to help unload and load-awesome, I barely had to life a finger! He was friendly and brought us to the terminal pretty quickly. He gave me a care with our parking spot number and told me to keep that for when we returned. When we returned I gave the card to the shuttle driver and he brought us right over to our exact spot! Seriously, how great is that? Most shuttles drop you off at a stop and then you have to walk to your car, but not EZ Park, they bring you right to your car! I am very pleased and will do it again next time I travel. read more

This should be a zero star rating. This business left mine and another family abandoned at the St. Louis airport. Their phone system went down and they did not continue to send shuttles out to pick up/drop off customers. The person at the window claimed that the driver got drunk and fell asleep on the job and we had to get a ride from a shuttle bus from a different company to return to our vehicles. They continued to attempt to charge us full price for our parking. This was a horrendous experience and I will not be returning. I highly recommend using ANY of the other (multiple) parking options. read more

I always park at Ez Park and I am very pleased with their service. They pick you up quickly to take you to the airport and are quick to pick you up after your flight arrives. Today my driver and another shuttle driver helped me sweep 4 inches of snow off of my car after my 2 day trip. One driver even helped me put a windshield wiper back on after it had come loose from scraping the windshield. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. Thank you!!! read more

Rate is $9 a day but they add something so it's more like $10 a day. A couple shuttles ready to pick us up from parking lot so we were off to airport quickly. On way back we saw one shuttle pass as we waited for luggage and when we came out about 5-10 min later a shuttle arrived within 5 minutes. Shout out to Kevin who happened to be our driver both times. Courteous and helpful. My husband also used them a month before and it was a breeze. So far so good. So for now we'll use EZ Park. read more

Since my review I have to say I've become pretty disappointed in the direction EZ park has gone. They raised their prices and tacked on a silly extra flat fee per stay. Very distasteful to advertise a rate but then have customers pay extra at the gate. Their service has gone south. The drivers are still friendly enough for the most part. Some are eager to help and others won't lift a finger, but it doesn't affect me as I prefer to handle my own luggage. The really big problem with EZ park is the lack of frequency of shuttles. Of course I call when leaving baggage claim, but I often wait a very long time for a shuttle, despite the dispatcher's assurance that one is "on the way." On a recent trip, I counted shuttles from all the other lots. On the time that it took EZ park to show up, every other lot (Parking Spot 1, 2, and 3, Sky Park, and even the low rent SuperPark) had at least two shuttles go by, and sometimes more. I called the dispatcher three more times and was assured that one had been dispatched - an impossible statement given the facility's proximity to the airport. I literally had to request that they send a taxi to pick me up because the wait had grown to over 40 minutes (they refused). An another recent trip, by the time the single shuttle arrived, it was jam packed with 17 people, including me, plus luggage. It was standing room only, with luggage stacked four feet high next to the driver and falling over on turns - a dangerous situation. At the lot, rather than drop off people who wanted to get off at the waiting area, the driver began taking every single individual to his or her own car. This process went on for over 10 minutes before i got off and walked between lots just to get to my car. Overall it was almost an hour ordeal to get from baggage claim to my car. Unacceptable. I brought this situation up with a customer service complaint quite some time ago (well after my original review). A rep from the owning company called and asked if I would try it again in return for some vouchers. I accepted, but the vouchers never arrived. Given the increased price, junk fees, non-improving service, and the unacceptable wait time for shuttles, i can no longer recommend EZ Park. read more

Whoever EZ Park consulted for its website and marketing strategy should be fired. I used to be a happy EZ Park customer. I've used their services many times and had great experiences each time. But then, they redid their website or something and took down the clearly marked "coupon" that you needed to get the $6 rate instead of the $8 rate. When I left for my most recent trip, I searched for the coupon I had always used, but was unable to find it. Since the front page says "$2 off/day with minimum 3 day stay," I took that as, "Oh, I'm staying for 5 days so I'll definitely get the cheaper $6 rate." WRONG. In teensy tiny little print that was pointed out to me only at checkout, it says that this banner image on the EZ Park website is the coupon. Excuse me? NOWHERE on the site mentions that this image is a coupon nor does it even resemble a coupon. You visit another car lot's page and if they have coupons, they are clearly marked. You know that there is a coupon available. The cashier was incredibly rude and blasé about this situation, too, and he told me that "it happens all the time." I think that's what upsets me most - that EZ Park knowingly engages in such misleading, dishonest practices and doesn't even pretend to care about customer service. Earth to EZ Park: if there's a coupon to use your services, you might want to make it known that a coupon actually exists and not advertise it in size 6 font. I may be young, but even my eyes aren't that good. Most reasonable people and trustworthy, reliable businesses use at least size 10, if not size 12, font so their customers don't feel mislead or screwed out of their money. I know it sounds cheap that I'm making a big deal out of a $10 difference, but as a recent graduate, every dollar counts. Even if I wasn't scraping for cash, the principle is the same - dishonest practices are NOT good business practices. I know that from now on, I'll be parking elsewhere or taking the MetroLink to the airport. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

I wasn't aware of a change (I parked there about 3 months ago and it was still $8 per day) and it didn't seem to be advertised anywhere. I can often find a coupon for Skypark next door, so I may go that route from here on out. read more

A dollar more than the cheapest competitor, but don't think twice about paying it. Nice lots, with lots of spaces. I didn't leave my vehicle behind with any worries like I have at other lots. The reason I really recommend this lot over the others is the staff. Courteous, helpful and friendly. Rhonda was my driver and she went out of her way to make sure everyone on her shuttle got personalized service. When I returned from my trip, i didn't have to wait because Rhonda drove up after about a minute or so. When I left the lot, I used their credit card machine and an attendant came out to make sure I wasn't having any problems with it. I wasn't, but I was still impressed that they would even care. It's all enough to earn my return business. read more

EZ Park went above and beyond!!! We always use EZ Park and have always had good service. Recently, however, my husband's vehicle had an electrical malfunction and rolled down all the windows in his suv while he was on a 5 day trip. The manager quickly noticed the issue and went above and beyond by securing plastic over all the window openings to keep the rain and snow out of his vehicle. Thank you EZ Park! Only eight dollars a night. You park your car, the shuttle comes right to get you at your parking place. Upon returning from a flight, the shuttle picks you up outside baggage claim and takes you right to your car again. Our drivers have been polite and helpful; they make sure you get safely into your car and that it starts. Clean, safe and easy! read more

I have used EZ Park several times. I have always had excellent service from friendly, courteous and helpful employees. But today I would like to acknowledge one employee in particular. His name is Ali and he is one of the shuttle drivers. When we parked my car, Ali happened to be the driver the early morning of Sept. 22. I was there to catch a flight to experience my first cruise. I was a bit nervous and not very focused, I'm afraid. Anyway, Ali loaded our suitcases into the shuttle and took us to the airport. When we returned a week later I realized I didn't have my car keys. I frantically called EZ park office and Ali answered the phone. Fortunately for me, Ali had found my keys on the seat of the shuttle when he originally took us to catch our flight. After a short conversation to identify my keys, Ali calmed my nerves, picked us up again at the airport, took me to the office, got my keys and loaded our suitcases into my car. Ali is a kind, calm, courteous and polite man. A true asset to the EZ Park company. The next time I park at the airport I will certainly use EZ Park and hope Ali is on duty. read more

Be careful if you use the groupon. They wouldn't let us use it even if we paid for the days that didn't apply to the groupon. They wouldn't even give us credit for the price we paid for the groupon. We checked in on a Monday and checked out on a Sunday. We had a Friday - Sunday groupon (already paid for on groupon's website) but they wouldn't give us credit for those days even if we paid for Monday through Thursday full price. Smelled really funny since the groupon said we could do it this way! We had the cashier call the General Manager who declined our groupon. read more

I tried to use a three day groupon that clearly stated for use Friday - Sunday. My wife and I left for Mexico on a Sunday through Sunday which obviously contains a Friday- Sunday stay. The attendant and manager both denied our Groupon and would not even give us the value that we paid for it to apply to our purchase. Nowhere within the Groupon does it say you have to arrive on a Friday and leave on a Sunday but that was their claim. After arguing with them we decided to pay and take it up with Groupon and I must say Groupon gets a five star rating because they are a class act all the way. These jokers are a fly-by-night company with shady marketing and business practices. They won't be around long with that kind of customer service. They created the Groupon as a gimmick in an attempt at short term sales to screw the customers. We will never be using their services again I will be writing negative reviews with the Better Business Bureau and telling all our friends and colleagues about this experience. You create an opportunity to have a solid customer service experience and create a solid foundation for a great long term sale with people who travel a lot for both business and pleasure. But instead, you completely alienate yourselves and ruin MANY more opportunities for long term sales. The owners need to go to a business marketing 101 seminar or fire the jerks who were working because they are a joke. No wonder they had so many more empty spots than the one we typically use across the highway. We'll be going back there. read more

We were encouraged to use a Groupon coupon for our future parking needs by a driver with EZ Park when we parked there in October 2016. We hadn't ever used a coupon with this car park before. So, in December 2016, the same driver reminded us to use our Groupon coupon when we returned from our Mexico trip the following week. I was pulling up the Groupon coupon on my phone when the 'lady' at the exit yelled out, 'we don't take that.' I hadn't even gotten the coupon pulled up when she yelled at me. I told her our driver told us to make sure to take advantage of the Groupon app and she said the I needed to read the fine print (the teeny, tiny, minuscule, finely printed thing at the bottom) that, conveniently spelled out that we would have to stay an additional day - Christmas day - to get the discount. We parked for 9 days, and were just out of the time frame for the coupon? Our driver seemed to think we were due the discount. There are several options for parking at the St. Louis airport. We'll be checking those out in the future. Here's some advice to EZ Park to avoid angry customers in the future - Make your coupons clear or don't use them at all. Don't set yourselves up to get the reaming you deserve when you practice deceptive or misleading ads with your coupons. Seemed like this 'lady' had had a run in with a lot of other disgruntled customers because she had all of the excuses at the ready. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!! My family and I parked our vehicle here while we went to Orlando to Disney for a week. Upon returning from our trip, our car wouldn't start and we realized someone stole all the fuel out of our car. Not only were we out of gasoline, but they damaged my vehicle by pushing the valve that prevents anything from getting into the gas tank that is bigger than a gas nozzle into my gas tank where it now lies until it causes further damage to my vehicle. My husband and I both talked to Denise who pretty much called us a liar saying she don't have proof there was gas in my car. Who takes a $10,000 trip to Disney and pays for parking, but doesn't keep fuel in their car?? We filled up our tank when we left home, which is only one hour away, so at the very least there was 3/4 of a tank. The manager finally goes and gets us 5 gallons of gas, but then right after says we must have left our car running. What a joke!! Our car has a push button keyless start, so it would have made a noise when the keys left the vehicle and would have also turned itself off when the keys left the vehicle. They are finding every reason to not take responsibility for their negligence. What is more surprising is that this is owned by Drury Development, I thought Drury had higher customer service standards than this. read more
