TPS 3 Needs to get it together. They USED TO BE really good. Plenty of shuttles running and never waiting too long to get picked up either in the parking area or the terminal. Now? Garbage! It's nothing to stand and wait 15 minutes. And when you call looking for a shuttle? There's always an attitude on the other end. This was the first time using Parking Spot 3. I signed up for their app, forget about using the lot if you don't. I parked last Wednesday and was fortunate enough to be picked up immediately and the driver helped with my suitcase. The problems were on the return. I followed the directions and went to exit 12 at Terminal 1; you have a choice of steps or a ramp to get out of the terminal at this spot. I rolled my bag up the ramp which takes you away from the marked sign for exit 12. I then walked back to exit 12 area but there was not crossing area, back to where I started and I crossed to the center area and walked back up to the area across from exit 12. After not seeing a shuttle, I found the phone number on my claim check and called. I was told that they would look for me. Ten minutes went by and I walked back to where I had crossed over and just then a shuttle arrived. A whole crowd started shouting, they were all waiting. BTW the walkway is all snow covered. I was the last person off the shuttle at my car, you could barely see my car under the snow. The lot roads were covered in snow, my car was under about 6 inches of snow, I almost fell getting off the shuttle and the driver made no attempt to help me of even get me close to my car. It took me 30-45 minutes to get the car cleared of snow to be able to see. Then I had to go through a maze of parked cars to find my way to the exit. I had to call on the phone to know that I had to use the QR code on the paper that I had tucked in my visor. The touch pad did not respond to my touching it, It took me about 10 minutes to use the kiosk to get out of there. Thank goodness that my car started, the shuttle driver did a drop and dash, leaving me in a snow-covered lot. I called this morning to relate my experience to the Manager (?). He listened and said he would pass my comments up the line. He has my name but never asked for my Member Number. I got the impression that I wasted my time calling. read more

The lot parking Shuttle Pick-up service has been declining for the past several months. It just got worse today when a Shuttle drove (and actually stopped) at the end of the lane where I and another customer were waiting to get picked up. The Shuttle then proceeded to the office and parked. I, like others, depart home to arrive with 15-20 minutes of cushion to the 1.2 hours needed to process Shuttle transit, Checkin, TSA, and boarding times, to allow for time to pick up a beverage/snack. This timing has turned into a crisis now with Shuttle lot pick-up delays which has just added stress to what should be a routine event. To be clear, the Shuttle Drivers are friendly, respectful, and courteous. The delays in Lot 3 pick-up are frustrating. read more

Monopoly. This space used to be owned by a different entity over a decade ago. Now that the spot owns it, it can dictate daily rates to either to promote this place or another of its spots. I like this spot because they run multiple shuttles and often which can be a welcome sight for Red eye flight travelers. As of late, I feel like they have been raising rates to encourage alternatives such as parking spot east which I do not blame the company for doing so; moreover, parking spot 3 daily rates differ from season to season. Spring break they charge over $30 per day. Off-season (pre summer) is now $17 daily compared to $13 last year. A parking spot cannot claim cost of tariffs to hike daily rates because their products isn't dependent on export/import. If and only if they're increasing rates to pay their employees, then I'm all for it. A respectable 3 for the company, 5 for their shuttle drivers. read more

Not a good deal for STL Airport employees. This is rather typical in their shuttles. While most of their shuttle drivers are cordial, polite and professional, the frequency of shuttle service keeps getting cut back and the shuttles are not only an eyesore, they are uncomfortable. All because their management doesn't want to bother with quality for the employees. read more

I get a great discount to my work for this location as well as the other parking spot locations. I will say I find it incredible that the staff is so very friendly. As soon as you go in to this location, there is someone always on site to help you get into the gate. If you have any questions, they offer various discounts which I am not aware of , I only know because of what the employees have told me. After you park, there is someone in a building that tells the drivers where you were getting out of so they can make sure a driver comes up right behind you. Hope you love your luggage and get you on your way promptly. They then give you a ticket so you know exactly where you're parked out for when you return and then they take you to your gate hoping you get your luggage off as well. I will note that employees do take tips, and I highly recommend tipping them based off of how generously sweet they are, accommodating, and always willing to help . read more

I understand why this is the cheepest PS.... Rude, unresponsive and slow. Don't pay extra for covered... Think carport parking... Pay more get picked up last. Four busses passed us. My wife approached a southwest employee driver to ask... An was loudly told to get back up there we don't pick up here. Had to walk to the uncovered side to get picked up Don't tell me about staffing... If you can't fulfill your obligations close the location. We always use Parking Spot when going to the airport. My boyfriend has the app where he specifies the time frame we will be in the lot. When we arrive in the lot we scan the QR code from the ap which opens the gate to the lot. We got there so early this time and apparently it was "on call hours." It was about 2am. There was no answer when he called the number to tell them we needed picked up. Luckily we parked so close to the gate so we walked up to the window where there was a worker in the booth. She was asleep but woke up after a couple of taps on the window. Then she called for a shuttle and it was there in no time. Make sure you remember where you park. There are numbers on the ground and letters up above on poles. The shuttle driver will ask you for your spot number and give u a ticket so you can remember where you need to tell them to drop you off. Also they will ask you which airline you are taking so they know where to drop you off. read more

Probably my last time using this airport parking. They have no specific designated area to pick up in the center island which causes patrons to be missed that should've been picked up in a 1st come 1st picked up fashion. Each parking shuttle should have their own area so people know where they can 3xpect to be picked up. Very unorganized and such a time time waste. Do better. read more

I typically ride the metro to the airport so I don't have to worry about the parking situation. But on this occasion I was worried about finding a ride from my stop home due to flying back during the middle of a week day. I landed on this place due to the cheap parking and the promise of shuttles every few mins. When I got there I couldn't locate my QR code bc the site I bought my reservation on never sent it to me. Be careful what site you buy your tickets off of bc I was told it has been an issue here in the past of not getting what you actually pay for. I would high recommend buying your tickets off the Parking Spot website. Upon getting through the gate I was told to park in X row because the lot was so full... X was on the opposite side of the parking lot, almost at the very end. After parking I could see shuttles driving around but none seemed to be coming my way so I began to walk towards the tower in the middle of the lot. Finally after waiting about 10 mins a shuttle stopped to pick me up. After picking me up the shuttle drove around picking up people all over the lot stuffing the shuttle to absolute max capacity even though other shuttles were driving around the lot. From the time I parked my truck to the time I got to the terminal it took over 30 mins. After arriving back in STL from my work trip I was worried about where to shuttle back but when I went out side there were 3 shuttles waiting for people. I got right on a shuttle and we took off to the lot minutes later. The downside is the shuttle person wants to drop every person on the shuttle at their exact spot and if you are on the other end of the lot it can take quite some time. I ended up just getting off at one of the first stops and walking to my truck so I didn't have to wait. Overall my experience was just okay and I can see myself using this service again in the future just because how cheap it was... I just wish I knew more what to expect the first time. read more

The lots are never really full as I've always been able to find a place to park. Shuttles have been consistent and never really full, either. I definitely appreciate the water bottle as we are leaving as I often feel a little dehydrated hopping off a flight. :] read more

This place is great . .. you don't have to ask a friend to chauffeur you back/forth to the airport. Prices are reasonable and I've never had to wait long for a shuttle. The shuttle drivers are always friendly and helpful. Most recent trip? I was Rhonda's only rider on the way back from the airport and we had the most wonderful chat. She took me right to my car, helped me with my bags, waited for me to start my car. She honestly is a delight!!! read more

The lot is safe, secure and my car was fine after a week.Upon arrival, I waited 15 minutes for a shuttle to take me to the airport. I called and was told a shuttle was on the way. Cashier was rude and impatient. When you pay for a service you should feel appreciated. Not yelled at and belittled for not finding your ticket right away at 10:30 at night after a long flight. Shuttle driver was a man named Martin. Very nice and even loaded my suitcase in my car for me. I used Parking Spot 3 to park my car at the airport for a recent four day trip. I had a 25% coupon so it came out to be about $9 per day with tax. I got right on a shuttle when parking my car and right on a shuttle when walking out of the baggage claim. Not sure if this is typical or not but I'd use them again based on this experience. read more

We had been traveling ALL day from California - 2 flights and we were all very tired. We arrived at our suv at Parking Spot 3 and back tire was pretty flat. ugh, it's Sunday evening at 6 pm....... I got on website and called, not really thinking anyone would answer. To my surprise, a very nice gentleman, Eric answered. He said he had a small air compressor that plugs in to lighter, and would bring to us. He filled it up enough for us to get to the gas station next door. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! They hire the absolute rudest, nastiest people who make you wonder if they even have a valid license. A few months ago I parked and was getting my stuff together when one rolled up behind me. I had several suitcases to get out of the trunk and the driver yelled at me to get a move on, he has other passengers to pick up. Not once did he offer to assist me. I waved him on and he yelled that he'd wait, but I needed to move faster. Then he shut the doors hard and gassed it so the tires squealed on the wet pavement. This morning I was driving down the aisle to exit and one of their shuttles must have thought he was a fire engine, the way he flew up the aisle perpendicular to me. I locked up my brakes and skidded on the wet pavement and barely avoided a T-bone. I blared the horn...and he kept driving. He only stopped when I asked the tollbooth taker what the driver's name was as he exited. His name was Durell (sp?) who had the audacity to roll his window down yelling, "What's the problem, ma'am? What is your problem?" Problem is, we nearly collide; you race up and down the aisles then get nasty when I want your name. Durell was very sarcastic as he yelled across the street to me before hitting the gas and leaving. My suggestion to this company is to hire drivers that were not trained by Ray Charles. My husband, who travels extensively for business, has stopped using Parking Spot 3, just because of the drivers. Now I drop him off at the airport when he leaves the country, each month. Drivers here are absolutely ridiculous. A drunk cat could drive better. read more

Outstanding! Kudos to the entire staff! We had one overseas trip of two weeks and a one week trip for a family wedding in CA separated by one day! We downloaded a coupon for a discounted rate with the condition that we needed to stay over a Saturday, which in both of our cases, was easily accomplished. We parked in the self-serve covered parking due to the seasonal hail storms. The drivers helped us with our luggage, took us to our airline or car depending on which end of the trip and were very courteous each step of the way. Parking Spot 3 is the latest owner and name of the place that used to be Fast Track. I have been happy with the service in both directions from Parking spot 3 after having some bad experiences at the original Parking Spot, that led me to move over to the predecessor of Fast Track. I think there has been an effort to improve the frequency of van circuits, I have not had to wait much at all on recent visits, since the name change. read more

For the most part everyone is friendly, and there isn't too long of a wait to get picked up once you park or when you are leaving the airport. Once in a while on a weekend morning there are delays, but that is to be expected. Dollar for dollar, it's one of the best deals at the airport. read more

I travel extensively being a travel agent and my family and I just got back tonight from a two week trip all over California had a wonderful time until we got back to St. Louis and came up to the cashier at 10:15 pm at the parking spot 3. I believe the cashier number on my receipt is 38. My husband handed her my parking spot three card and my IATA card, I proceeded to ask her what my discount was and she ignored me so I asked again and she said ma'am, you got your discount have a nice day and shut her window in an extremely sassy rude manner. There was absolutely no reason for her to act this way and I will consider using a different parking spot in the future as well as for my clients. read more

Rudest dispatcher ever. I called the Parking Spot 1 to tell them we arrived. He asked which airline, I told him Frontier. Was told to go out door 12 and wait in the island fir a van. A parking spot 3 van showed up and told me I was in the wrong spot and directed me where to go. We went there, still no van. I called the dispatcher back and told him what was going on. He again asked what airlines and told me very rudely that the van was waiting for us outside door 12. We started walking back there, no van. I'm still in the phone with dispatcher and he is being very angry with me as I tell him there's no van. Turns out we were at terminal 2 and he thought we where at terminal 1. I didn't know anything about terminals and he just kept asking me about what airline we came in on. Then we walk back to door 10 and a van gets there. I gave it 2 stars because both drivers where great. The dispatcher was very rude. I'm a grandmother and was traveling with 3 small grandchildren. Never again will use this company. Mark, we could not figure out how to pm you. I have called parking spot 1 and 3, to try to talk to someone. They gave me corporate phone number. Called and left a message. No response. read more

At Parking Spot 3, I am consistently picked up and on my way to the airport within minutes of parking my car. The gentlemen driving the shuttle to and from the parking facility are outgoing and funny, always making conversation, and helpful with luggage. The cashier is always kind and quick about her job, offering a bottle of water for the road, which is a nice touch at the end of a flight. I couldn't ask for a better experience at this location. I've been coming to Parking Spot 3 for almost 8 years with my job, and I recommend it to everyone I know. read more
