We had some difficulty finding it because is is not well marked and ended up driving around the block because we missed it and there was no where to maneuver on Pine which is One Way heading West. We stopped and asked for help and the friendly guards told us we were in the right place. The garage was reasonably priced and we had booked a reservation in advance on the Park Whiz App...which I strongly recommend because parking is tight in this part of STL. The garage was clean, well lit and safe for people and our car. This is much better than street parking though it may be slightly cheaper. It was only a short block away from the Stifle Theater and we felt quite safe. The police ‍ seemed to be watching the area as well because they nailed a woman who made a left turn out of the parking and appeared to try to avoid driving around the block. The police knew the event schedules and planned. Great parking which we will use next time we are heading to the Stifel Theater!

Yes, this was that good a lot…read more I had initially parked here simply because they're just down the street from the Side Project Cellar but it was the "72 hour limit" sign that really caught my eye. In the Sprinter van, it's usually a challenge to find overnight parking. Where am I going to sleep? Yes, the van is fully self-contained with solar panels and a battery so I don't need anything. I just need a spot to sleep where I won't get disturbed. With a couple of delivery / work vans already here, it looked good and I decided to give it a try. I ended up spending two nights here, though I did pop out in the daytime to go to work (and a baseball game). It was quiet, level and no, the locals didn't bother me. If you're looking for parking in Maplewood, this is great. When I return to STL in the future, I'll be back. (Oh, and Side Project is awesome.) The storefronts flip from quirky to arty and classic that keeps the walk interesting. Mini golf and bowling, too! Two unique things that make the Loop uniquely the Loop are the Planet Walk and the Saint Louis Walk of Fame. The Planet Walk is a scale model of the Solar System that stretches a half mile or so along Delmar mapping out the distances between the planets. And alongside this, the Walk of Fame runs along with stars honoring famous Saint Louisians (Saint Louisans?) set into the sidewalk. It's fun to spot names you know and names that are new to you. Chuck Berry. Maya Angelou. Tennessee Williams. Nelly. The Loop is named for the Loop Trolley. It launched in 2018, hit some operational and funding issues, and ended service in 2023. I'm bummed that I missed the opportunity to ride it. Maybe it returns one day? But even without the Trolley, the Loop is one long ribbon of activity. The garage is well lit and has well marked walkways. There are also directions to get to different streets and the Arena on the South Side. Walking to the Arena takes 5-10 minutes car door to door . The garage is fairly secure and is clean and well maintained. The garage is Cashless which is important. If you're sure you are going to go the online reservation went through Ticketmaster just like our concert tickets which was super convenient. The parking helped make for a great evening and gave us one less thing to be concerned about. Two Thumbs Up We will definitely use again!
