I never have written a review let alone a negative one. I started coming to Skypoint many years ago and was very impressed by Dr. Janie Mody. I have been seen by many Nurse Practitioners since then and they have all been great. I do not like to be critical of office staff as they often come and go and may be unable to handle the work in a professional manor. My main concern is with the office manager- Isabelle. The worst customer service. I needed referral letter to see a specialist. The specialist told me that without referral letter, they won't be able to see me. I called Skypoint medical center and asked for referral letter. When I tell them I need a referral letter they put me on hold and the automatic phone line disconnects me. I actually spoke to 3 different people and was waiting on the line for 25 minutes. The customer service people puts in on hold and eventually it hangs up. Dr. Mody is such a nice and professional doctor but the people at the front desk are rude and disregarding to customers needs. I came in person and explained about the situation but the nurse keeps telling me that I don't need referral letter. Which is so frustrating. I had get mad so they can hear what I am saying!!! Great experience @SkypointMed all the time. SkypointMed has been my PCP for over 7 years and here are the things I love: The wait is short,doctors are professional. They also have testing on site which means I didn't have to go to another facility. I have had my physical done and was very happy with how they took care of everything. One thing I like is that the doctor only recommends tests if they are necessary. I used to go to a different provider earlier who ordered all the unnecessary tests. All my test results come through the portal so I can simply login and take a look and I dont have to drive to the office to view them. My family and I have been long-time patients of Dr. Sameer and he has always ensured the best and most compassionate care for his patients- using the most advanced treatments in order to extend and improve the quality of life. Recently, Dr. Sameer and Dr. Greg performed a varicose vein treatment on my mother and the results were outstanding. My mother complained of severe swelling, numbness, tingling, burning and heaviness in her legs for months and after running some tests it was confirmed she had a bad vein that needed to be taken care of. Looking local to find healthcare but the front desk staff turned me off...I arrived to my appointment with Dr. Z. A PCP at the center, as directed and confirmed the day prior and confirming through their online confirmation on Zocdoc that they advertise on. I get there and they didn't put my appointment in even though I had record of talking to their staff prior. no apologies and blaming me for not calling up there after I returned their call and spoke to someone who gave me clear instructions to come to appointment. Doctors might be good doctors but I'll never return due to the front office treatment. I was a patient here for 10 years till today. The place has progressively gone down hill. Most of them are PA's not doctors and the people at the desk are unbelievably incompetent. I have a very serious health problem they are aware of, had to wait a day because they weren't open yesterday and then the scheduled me wrong and said they could only do part of what I needed and I would need to come back. Dont waste your time on this place they worry more about lining their pockets then they do about their patients! If I could give zero stars I would! read more

I've very excited about my dr here, and I refer him often. Recent office renovation looks functional and nice. Staff is friendly and bilingual. I've only seen adult patients in there. Dr. Naseeruddin (aka Dr. Sameer) is a very conscientious, caring doctor. I originally went in for routine wellness bloodwork. The next day, when my results came back which required immediate attention and his medical staff had been unable to reach me, he personally called to stress the urgency of calling back asap and instructed me to tell his staff to get ahold of him immediately. When I called, his staff notified him and he spoke with me directly. Moreover, I appreciate that his first approach is through natural supplements rather than pushing prescription drugs, although I am confident that if he believed they would be more effective for the condition, he would prescribe them. LOVE the office and Dr. Sameer Naseeruddin 100%. I got my veins done a couple of years ago. In my thirties really didn't think I had issue. I just didn't like the way my legs looked with my veins. Through the evaluation he suggested I also get an ultrasound on my legs done. He was very nice, professional and most of all made me feel super comfortable. I went in with my sisters and in our very first visit he made all of us feel like we've known him forever! He explains everything in detail and used high-tech ultrasound equipment to find the root of the problem. Greg is super fabulous (he's the ultrasound tech). The office staff is very friendly and the Dr. accommodated late hours for me and my sisters to get our treatment for our veins. I could not be happier with the results. I drive an hour away to come see him and it's totally worth it. When you attend your appts at Sky point Medical you feel much more at ease do to the staffs bedside manner.Dr Naseeruddin takes the time to make you feel as if you are the only patient in his care at that moment. Worst experience ever with a medical office. They hit you up for money even before you have time to take a seat and make yourself comfortable. Their "policy" is pay any balance at time of visit, no matter if you think it's accurate, no time to compare with insurance information or EOB. No matter whether you haven't even received a bill at home. Dr. Sameer is great! However, staff is rude and unprofessional. I like to think I am visiting a medical center not a bill collector or collection agency. I have never experienced anything like this in my many years alive. Maybe I'm old fashioned: mail me the bill, let me soak it in, review and compare with EOB for accuracy. Once confirmed, I'll process payment, immediately, online, without unnecessary delay.
