She explained everything she was doing and then showed and explained the test results. Then I saw Dr. Saidha and once again I was impressed by the quality of care I received. She, too, explained everything she was doing. She was very efficient and had an excellent "bedside" manner. In the future I would not hesitate to return to this practice. Definitely two thumbs up!

I always was wowed by the service I received. Each person I have spoken to has been kind and helpful. From the lady behind the desk to the nurses and to the Doctors. I went there first and now my husband and six-year-old son are also patients (Dr. Lowenthal). We have made emergency visits, received follow up calls from the doctor and I cannot say enough about how incredible they were when my little guy got tested for allergies. Recently I had to change insurance. The ONLY nasal inhaler that ever worked for me was now uncovered. My Doctor worked with me suggesting that I try some over the counter nasal sprays to see if they would work as well. When they did not, he started a claim for me and I am hoping that this magical spray will be covered soon. In the meantime, one of the nurses looked for samples for me. When the Hoffman Estates office did not have any she called the Arlington Heights office and they held not just one but TWO samples. I almost had tears in my eyes as I have been suffering from allergies and sinus issues so much in the past month. I feel both offices went above and beyond and I would suggest their care to others....hence why I am here. If you are suffering from allergies and do not feel like sitting in a waiting room forever...this is the office for you.

They have hours into the evenings on some days & are open on Saturdays, which is helpful when I need to go in and get my monthly injections. Dr. Szpindor is an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly physician who really takes the time to sit down and talk with her patients. The whole staff truly take an interest in each of their patients. Dr. Szpindor is also well-versed in nutrition.

So far, so good. We…read more(mistakenly?) decided to adopt two kittens just over a year ago. Go figure, I'm very allergic to both of them. In a battle with my family between keeping the cats and me, I would lose. And, if I didn't lose, my life would be made miserable. So, I asked my primary care doctor for a referral, and he immediately suggested Allergy Partners. It isn't terribly convenient to my home, but they are outstanding. My first visit they did allergy tests - man have those changed since I was young! No pain, just a little itching and you're done. Turns out, I'm allergic to a lot of things, but cats in particular. I've been there three times now. We've tried a few different drugs hoping to avoid allergy shots. Since you can no longer give yourself the shots, it means driving out there every time. While we are not quite there yet, I am hopeful we'll find the right combination. I do like the doctor (Dr. Li) quite a lot. He is personable, listens to what you have to say, and is kind to his patients. That makes all of the difference in the world.

At my most recent visit, Dr. Saidha did not appear to recognize me or be familiar with my medical history. She had only a single sheet of paper and seemed confused about my prior visits. When I requested to go over of my last three test results, she reacted as if the request was unreasonable. She also acted like it had been a year since my last visit, when in fact I had seen her less than 2 week earlier. Additionally, she was rude and became defensive when I asked questions about the next steps in my care. This lack of familiarity with my case and unwillingness to communicate clearly made me very uncomfortable. It is difficult to trust a physician with surgical care or any type of care when they do not seem aware of the patient in front of them. Additionally, she often seemed rushed during appointments and appeared to make assumptions about the next steps rather than thoroughly explaining the treatment plan.
