I even received a text confirming the appointment, but when I arrived I was told I didn't actually have one because it hadn't been entered into the "correct" system. Today was even more confusing. I went for my next appointment and ended up being bounced between their old location and their new one with no guidance whatsoever. I thought the sign at the old location says the new location will open on March 19, which led me to believe they were still operating out of the old space. However, when I arrived the doors were locked. Apparently the new location was open as of January 19, but there was no clear communication or signage explaining where to go or what was actually happening when I went to the new location either. This was especially frustrating because I made my appointment around or shortly after the time they had moved and no one thought to tell me that I would need to go to a new location. (Maybe I'm expecting too much to be proactively informed that the office has moved after I've been going to the same office for eight years or so.) It's frustrating because this used to be a reliable place, but right now the lack of organization and communication makes it very difficult just to figure out where you're supposed to be.

Go to a plastic surgeon with good reviews or recommended by a friend. My experience was the worst. During the lipo on abs and back you are wide awake and the pain was excruciating. It felt like a hot poker. Afterwards they cover the huge 18" scar with Kotex pads and send you home. My scar became infected and I had many painful treatments afterwards. The lipo on upper back was a huge mistake. They take the fat out and leave you with two saggy folds of skin up top. Obviously if they had been honest about the huge, jagged, scar, the saggy back skin, the torturous pain during the procedure I would never have signed up. It took two months to recover from this, the first month dealt with painful, scary infection. I would give them a - score if Yelp allowed it.

Thought, from the commercial it would be an easy process with little downtime....long story short they convinced me to do a mommy makeover. The day of surgery I stayed in a hotel over night near there as I had follow up the next day. My bed looked like a crime scene I bled out so much. Within a week, I had an infection so bad the doctor told me to put a Kotex with bleach in the incision, which was the worst pain ever. He then had me start going to his Culver Ciry office, since it was closer to me and it was dirty and gross. Thankfully it was just for follow up. In 2023, I noticed leaking from my belly button on occasion but so minimal I didn't think too much about it. It would happen in rare occasions. Now fast forward to 2025, my belly button started really leaking and it smelled horrible. Went to my doctors, had to go through ultrasounds, ct scans, blood work....nothing. My belly would swell on occasion as big as someone who was 7 mi the pregnant. Finally they had me just walk in while leaking and swabbed it. It was an infection. They recommended seeing a plastic surgeon since they deduced it may have been from my plastic surgery. I called Sono Bello in San Diego thinking they would be able to at least see me. They had no record of my surgery and wouldn't help me at all. I finally went to a plastic surgeon I was familiar with in Claremont. Here we are in 2026 and I just had surgery yesterday to remove infected sutures in my belly button. The infection had gotten so bad the hole in my belly button was the size of an eraser head. Sono Bello was nice as could be when taking my money but the fact they had no record of my surgery or refused to even try to help was appalling. Do NOT fall for the scam, you get what you pay for and investing in your body and health is worth more.
