The object…read moreof their game is to see how much they can possibly inflate the price before you question them- even then they will tell you it's too late, it's already ordered, and the job was set up - this guy completely and totally ripped me off and was happy to keep trying to scam me until I finally did some research and spoke to a contractor friend. He lied about my hot water heater being an "emergency " and lied about smelling gas, I even found out that he put a fake tag that is used by the propane company to warn you not to fill the tank, he tagged my hot water heater so I'd get a new one. He then wanted to charge me 5500$ for a hot water heater. I'm not exaggerating, this is criminal! This guy is a scam artist! Beware!

John came out today and dug up our septic tank this morning, and he was very helpful in answering all our questions. We got to watch the whole process (digging up the covers, pumping, and all that goes with it). John was a hoot to work with, and made us laugh throughout the process! Our tank hasn't been pumped in 10 years, and he said it looked good for such a long time. We're going to have risers installed, so we can make their next visit even easier...Great father and son team family business. Very friendly service, and good value for the cost, too. We highly recommend them- No Shit!
