A rescue trying to put weight on, who has a misshapen hip due to an accident while a stray that healed improperly apparently warrants charges of malnutrition and mistreatment. These dogs live like royalty from the 20+ toys around the backyard, and the 50+ inside, to the doggie daycare they attend, to the pancakes that were made the actual day that this charge was made, oh and the fact that I pay for a service to clean poop out of the yard...do you really think that food is going to be where I save money?? When asked to speak to manager his only response was what would you like us to do you've already cancelled the service. I don't know maybe an apology, proper training of your people, a call to the owner to ask the background of the dog? Then he hung up on me...so at the end of the day - use other services. Pet Butler acquired the service I used to have for over 10 years for all 4 of the rescue dogs I've had in my lifetime so I didn't actually pick them, this was a trial that I wish was free..

I could go into the whole story of my experience, but basically we arrived at 2am for an emergency for our cat (she's fine). And by the time we were ready to leave at 4am, they didn't get us checked out until 6am, knowing we had an hour drive home. I felt delirious. And they wanted to charge us an additional $1,200 to just monitor the cat overtime. Which they deemed necessary ( it was not). Couldn't recommend less.
