He was so distraught and nervous, unlike any time I had picked him up before. he would not eat or drink and hardly wanted to go outside or play at all. I called TLC and the owner called me back and assured me they would check with Whitney to see if he was scared by another dog or something else. They never called me back after that, not even to check on my pup. I took him to the Shaggy Shack instead and explained what had happened at TLC. They said they had heard this from another client recently as well! And they also complained that they did not get a call back! Something strange is going on at this groomer. Proceed with caution!

I never gave her a bad review as I was hoping to eventually start using her again, but its pretty obvious that she's intentionally cutting me out.

We were part of the recent merger from The City Dog Daycare to Park Your Paws. We are a couple…read moremonths in and so far, it has been a smooth experience. Ellie has been with The City Dog since 2018 and we're glad the space still feels familiar for her. There are some different faces around but we have experienced that over the years and love that Ellie still feels at home. We boarded her for 6 days and 5 nights in June (for Vaca) and were really happy with the care she received. Prices on boarding have gone up a lot for a dog suite, but they honored our previously booked rate which we appreciated. We also did a recent daycare visit on July 3 and still have several days left in our old package that we can use this year before making any real changes. The only downside is the change from member packages to a new (for us) monthly subscription model. It's not really that appealing or attractive to us. The subscription based model takes away the flexibility we enjoyed as longtime customer. So we never felt like we were losing money for services we didn't use. Overall, space is great, now larger, with the building combined and noting we are a couple months in on the merger. We will see how things go over the next few months, but for now we feel good about the transition and would recommend Park Your Paws Columbus-Downtown, especially for boarding and daycare. Went to elemental for about a decade for my dogs and it's gotten pretty bad over the last couple…read moreyears. Dr Flores has been relatively competent but the rest of the staff is a mess. The breaking point was when they swapped sold me a prescription that was 2x the potency for an Rx and didn't tell me I that they didn't have in stock the lower dose. They didn't mention it at the time and the pills looked exactly the same. The tech, Jen who I spoke to about it after I found out. stated "can't you read a label?@ and hung up on me when I communicated my concern and asked for the implications to my dog. I called back and the receptionist said Dr Flores would call me... she never did. This seems to be just part of the downward slide of this clinic. They commonly ask you to drop or pick something up whenever during office hours and the door is locked with no one around when you show up. If you you use an online pharmacy like chewy they'll take weeks to approve the medication that they recommended. If they say the doctor will call you about something that will happen maybe 1/3 of the time. It was a great vet clinic a while ago, now it's a dumpster fire. There are a lot of wonderful vets around this area, don't risk your pets health with elemental.

From the front desk to every team member involved, they showed my dog and myself nothing but care, professionalism, love. I was devastated to have to eventually put my dog down. They gave me a wonderful option to come later with less people, I was given as much time as I needed with him and they were all so understanding. I really appreciate everyone here going above and beyond on one of my hardest moments in life. Several days later I received a very sweet card from the team with all of them leaving a little message and signing it. That meant the world to me! I highly recommend Elemental. I just…read morepaid them for servicees on 12/17/2025...I ask how to train my Aussie-she recommends a shock and choke collar.I drop my girl off for a few days of boarding on 1/7/2026-I ask them specicifically not to release her to an abuser-they ask me to get food,refuse paperwork,tell me there's no need to prepay...The RELEASE her to her abuser without my convent and are somehow closed at 2pm during business hours.they cite they couldn't get ahold of me.I have receipts.They let an unauthorized person take my dog with specific instructions not to,closed during open hours,cited diet change and prepayment required after telling me they know her and it was fine.Your ginger husband is nice...but she's a monster.Do NOT TRUST YOUR DOGS here? I've never experienced this at another dog daycare before! I was elated that all dogs were not crammed together and had space, along with the trainers being close by. My German Shepherd Husky mixes have loved learning all that Paige and team have put in front (more like to the side ) of them. Their controlled walking has been a night and day difference, especially when there are other distractions around. We've continued to work on everything that we have learned; heel, sit, place, and come. The individual one on one training sessions after boarding for 3 weeks has been amazing, as it has been a good transition to work on things at home. Reach out to Paige and All Purpose K9 today!!

Very Disheartening…read more As a business located in Franklinton, Ohio, Play Pets management should be incredibly saddened. This morning I stopped in their empty parking lot for 1 minute to pack a bag and give a local homeless women socks, toothpaste, and other essentials. When I left my vehicle to deliver the bag I was immediately confronted by a staff member yelling that I couldn't park there. I acknowledged his concern and reassured him I would be back in 30 seconds tops. Nonetheless he continued to yell and threaten to tow me. Making the situation more absurd, after a minute of nonsense back and forth, I apologized and agreed to move my car 50ft to the next door gas station. I proceeded to deliver the bag to homeless women in 30 seconds. I am sure this is not the brand image and empathy a local business wants to portray, but it's only fair the community know what type of people are taking care of their loved pets.
