I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to move for us! We were going from a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. The entire move was done in 3.5 hours. I did a move similar to this a number of years ago, and it took the crew 7 hours to do the same amount of things. Everything arrived in the exact condition it was in before the move. I have used 3 other moving companies in the past, but I would absolutely use these guys again over those other ones any day. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in any future move they do. The price they charged was lower than all of their competitors, and there were no hidden fees at all. All the items are received in good condition. If I didn't sign they were not going to do the move. Quoted me $99 per hour, but charged me two times that. Damaged my dining room table. When I pointed it out, the guy said "are you sure it wasn't damaged before?" I have a pic to prove it and it was not. I called the company about the damage, left messages. No one called back and didn't answer the phone. I also texted Julie (she was the one I was dealing with) no response at all. Stay away from these people and this company. Big mistake using them.

When he finally did go to get the piano, instead of calling to say it was too big for his two man crew and their small equipment, he called to say the piano was bigger and heavier than he was told. Pianos do not grow six inches in a week and even if they did, those 6 inches are not going to weigh half of the total weight of the piano. I would have understood if he had been willing to admit it was just too big for him but I cannot excuse deliberately lying, especially after playing loose with the dates. Very poor service indeed.
