They arrived promptly at 8:35am to deliver my new Yamaha Clavinova Digital Grand Piano. The truck stayed in the street as a courtesy not to damage my driveway. In fact, they were very courteous (3 of them) and the driver was friendly, considerate and conversational. They got the job done smoothly and efficiently of maneuvering the piano into the exact spot where I wanted it, then set up the 3 legs and the lyre on the piano. They set the brace for the pedal assembly to match the floor. No detail left undone. They even helped me place the pads under the legs to be able to move this piano around on my hardwood floor. They plugged it in and checked that all the electrical components were working properly before they left. They were done and gone by 9am. A very pleasant delivery experience by obvious pros. We had a piano that we needed to move to our son's house. Funny thing. Turns out pianos are pretty heavy. Who knew? We checked around and A. Garcia Piano Movers was highly recommended. We called and a friendly voice answered. We asked how soon they could move a piano for us. The answer was a pleasant surprise, "How about in an hour?" Wow! We were so happy that the move could happen so quickly. About an hour later, right on time, the truck pulled up outside. Yay! The three members of the moving crew were very friendly and checked the piano as well as the likely path of travel from the house out to the truck. They used a padded dolly to carefully wheel the piano down the walkway to the lift gate on the back of the truck. The piano was secured in place and then they drove to our son's house. There they again checked the route into the house from the street. The piano then was expertly steered from the truck up to the house. Stairs were navigated with no difficulty. Got a used upright and needed it moved to its new home. I found this company and I read the reviews and after talking to them I decided to give them a try. I was a little nervous moving the piano but they were able to get it out of the home it was coming from and over to my house with ease. The scheduling was very easy and I was able to get a move date immediately which was great. The piano arrived unharmed and I am very happy with the service I got. While I probably wont have to use them again, if I did need to, I would defiantly give them a call again.
