I have been to the practice a couple times since then. Today I called to request a letter signed by the Dr simply stating that He knows who I am, and I have been to his practice as a patient before. That's it. When I called the woman who manages the office asked me what I needed it for, and I explained that it was requested by my insurance company. When she found out what insurance company I have she explained that it would be impossible for me to have been a patient there because they do not accept that insurance (even though I have been there since my insurance changed). Nevertheless, I explained to her that regardless, I still need a letter from the doctor saying that I have 'previously' been a patient of his, if that would be possible. She said no, I can not get a letter from him, went on to say that I don't have to pay to go to the doctor while she does, and hung up on me. After my experience I wouldn't go back because obviously I am not welcome. Seriously though, free or not I wouldn't go to anywhere that would employ such a vile woman. Not even if you literally handed me money every single visit. I'm not heartbroken over it, really. Every time I went to see the Dr I felt rushed regardless to how busy the waiting room was, and the office people are infamous for being pretty rude regularly. Sigh.

I call back and the receptionist tells me that they will give her the message yet again. So I wait a day and call back again. Some rude lady answers the phone and tells me I have to wait until October and somebody should have told me that well. Nobody did so. If they don't care about potential new patients, I can see how they might act towards current patients. Stay away from this practice. I got a doctor with higher stars in ratings and reviews that accepted me immediately. Shame on you Dr. Riccio's office staff and aprns

Literally right off the highway. The office is very clean as well as the patient rooms. His office manager Angie is fabulous! She always returns phone messages quickly and makes sure to get you in. Watched numerous people who checked in after me get seen, no big deal, happens all the time. I get called, get my weight taken, give a urine sample, and get taken to an exam room. I waited, and waited, nothing. At 12:40, I finally decided to find out why I am still waiting to be seen. I walk up front, the woman at the desk seems bothered when I mentioned that I had still not been seen. She checked with the PA, who they had scheduled me with, and she was still in with the previous patient. I informed her that I cannot wait all day, that I have to get back to work. She asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I told her no I'll find another doctor. This is not the first time I have been made to wait an unacceptable amount of time, when I arrive on time. They simply do not care about wasting your time. Their customer service is terrible and is obviously not a priority.
