(It is an hour and half drive for me.) I'm in a lot of pain but decided it was worth the wait. Suddenly then sent a "reminder" that my appointment is at 11:15. I called to let them know that a mistake was made and spoke to two of the rudest, most unprofessional women (one was named Hilary) I have encountered in medical setting. No apology. No sorry we made a mistake. And "That's when he takes his lunch. He can't see you then. Do you want to reschedule or not?" Some people have no business interacting with patients. Just look for another practice.

Dr. Slavitt treated me for a broken foot. I called him after dropping a heavy object on my foot and…read moreI was able to see him the next morning. My foot was x-rayed and I was shown the picture of my broken bone. The first one ever in my life. He wrapped my big toe and I was given a boot to walk around in for the next 6 weeks. He followed up with instructions and I was told to call if I had any pain. After three weeks I saw him again and another x-ray showed that I was progressing well. After about 6 weeks I was boot free and able to return to most of my physical activites including exercising. He was very pleasant and had a wonderful manner about him. I hope I never need to see him again but if I ever have any problems with my feet he is definitely the man I would call.

This is the second time in the last ten or so years that I have selected the Texas Station Clinic for treatment of my back. I was pleased with my program results the first time, therefore, when I aggravated my back the second time...it was a no brainer. I was able to obtain a perfect schedule for twice a week, same days, and same time for seven weeks. During that time, I also was given a prescribed exercise routine for home that was designed by Brian for my pain management. Now that I have "graduated" I am following a slightly more challenging home program that Brian developed to maintain my pain management and overall wellbeing.
