The waiting room, patient rooms, and bathroom are always super clean. Therapy was painful at the beginning, but Savleen was always encouraging and so kind and patient. She was comforting through my pain and talked me through some difficult moments. She gave me exercises to do at home on the days I didn't attend PT. Two weeks out from surgery and I have just about regained full mobility and am so grateful for the entire staff. Appointments were easy to make and the girls who work at the front desk were helpful in figuring out an insurance issue and making my frequent appointments. I am elderly and disabled and had a nasty fall down the steps and injured my hand severly. It's a sorry state of affairs when GCHS cares so little for patients. and more for their minimun wage staff.
