Chloe is so good at what she does!! She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I have gone to different lash places before going to Chloe. I would leave completely dissatisfied with my lashes and the price I was paying. I finally decided to try out other lash artists. The last lash place I went to irritated my eyes causing it to hurt whenever I closed it. I went back the next day to get a refund and to remove the lashes. This resulted in me having bald spots throughout my lash line. It was completely bald in my inner corner. I tried leaving my eyes alone for a month for my lashes to grow back, but it was still sparse and bald. Chloe worked her magic and did her best given the circumstances of my sparse lashes. She listened to my needs and how I would like my lash style to be. Before going here, I was told that I was not able to get the curly lashes due to my natural lashes not being able to hold them. All I wanted was curly and long lashes without emphasizing my small eyes. I was able to get curly lashes with length and not having the lashes look droopy on my eyes. I chose a full set of mink lashes for a lighter feeling & longer wear. The first visit lasted an hour and a half but each and every individual lash was extended! I made my hour-long touch up appointment for 3 weeks later and my lashes still looked so full. Chloe is also very flexible at each follow-up appt, willing to go longer/shorter/bolder, whatever floats your boat! LOVE LOVE LOVE looking glamorous and ready-to-go after just rolling out of bed. I call her and get "this person has a voicemail box that hasn't been set up yet." I even went by her place of business. It was not open, but I spoke to her receptionist. She shares this receptionist with several other businesses. I told her my problem. The receptionist tried calling her, no answer, no way to leave a message.
