However, when i arrived to the location it was a hair salon. there was a guy there but he didn't know anything about the nail tech, reached out to the number that i was talking to yesterday, and no reply. waited around for 20 min and tried the phone number several times. no reply. very strange and unfortunate becuase i was looking forward to getting my nails done today.

My friend and I booked an appointment on Sunday, we were so excited to get our nails done for a special trip. When I got there, to my surprise it was a male. I quickly looked on the Instagram and saw that the lady who ran the Instagram was actually in Vegas... Definitely a RED FLAG! Anyways he tells me what I want will be around $72 but because I had gel on it would be an extra $10 dollars because its from a different store. Okay, at this point I was pretty annoyed, and was expecting top of the line service. As he was cutting my cuticles, he actually cut me. Yes, I paid $90 dollars for someone to mother effing cut me. When my friend arrived who speaks better chinese, we found out he had only had 6 months of experience. He also cut my friend too and she was bleeding profusely. In conclusion this place is pretty shady: (1) very expensive for subpar quality (2) classic bait and switch, my nails don't even look like the picture I asked for because the guy doing my nails had no idea what he was doing! (3) it definitely did not seem clean (they used paper towels and he did not even wipe down the area with disinfectant after another client left) (4) if you don't speak mandarin very well it will be quite difficult to communicate in broken english
