I was seated immediately and the nail tech started my nails. The prices are great, along with their customer service. They can do lots of designs, whether it's from a photo inspiration, or freestyle. My nails have kept up pretty good. The only downside I have is, the acrylic application is a bit thin for my liking. If the acrylic application was thicker, this establishment is an easy 5 stars. My daughter was scheduled for a gel polish removal (soak-off) and a gel manicure. Unfortunately, the service fell well below the level of professionalism and care we expected. The nail technician, Tyler, began removing her gel polish using an electric file. The speed of the drill was causing my daughter discomfort, and she had to ask him multiple times to reduce the speed. Rather than offering the standard soak-off process by wrapping the nails in acetone, he continued with the electric file, making the experience unnecessarily painful. During the manicure, Tyler attempted to use a cuticle nipper to cut my daughter's natural nails instead of a nail clipper. When we asked if a nail clipper was available, he stated that one was not. This raised concerns regarding proper nail care techniques and the tools being used during the service. Additionally, while performing the manicure, Tyler stated aloud, "You don't know everything." When I asked him whom he was speaking to, he replied that he was talking to himself. Regardless of the intended audience, the comment was unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Concerned by the service, I approached the front desk to explain what was taking place. Rather than acknowledging my concerns, one of the employees smiled and appeared to chuckle. This response felt dismissive and inappropriate, especially as I was attempting to address legitimate concerns about the quality of service and my daughter's comfort. My intention was not to seek a complimentary service or a refund. I simply wanted management to be aware of what occurred so that appropriate coaching and corrective action could be taken. Constructive customer feedback should be viewed as an opportunity to improve service standards rather than dismissed. Licensed nail technicians are trained on the proper techniques and instruments to use for different services, including the appropriate use of tools on natural nails versus artificial enhancements. Based on what I observed, I was concerned that proper procedures were either not being followed or not understood. I hope this feedback is received in the spirit in which it is intended--to improve the customer experience and ensure that future clients receive safe, professional, and respectful service. If management does not take this as a priority, then you do not deserve to be patronized !

They have way more chairs than they do cubbies so you will be very acquainted with your neighbor, literally. When you see them go back and forth in the cubbies it's to grab the same instruments.
