When I asked what was going on, I explained that we were on a tight schedule because my daughter had a hair appointment afterward for her prom. I was told that all the technicians were busy and that walk-in customers were taking longer than expected. So apparently walk-ins take priority over customers with appointments. What bothered me most wasn't even the delay--it was the complete lack of concern. Not one person apologized or acknowledged that our time was being wasted. Had it not been my daughter's prom day, we would have left. If appointments don't matter and walk-ins come first, what's the point of scheduling?
