The lashes I got looked great! They looked natural but enough volume to make my eyes pop and go makeup free. However once the lashes fell out in their natural course, my natural lashes were super short and stubby and I realized she had trimmed my natural lashes to put in the extensions. So I had super short stubby lashes (I naturally have fairly long, but blonde lashes) that even mascara couldn't help. I had to wear fake lashes for two months while my natural lashes fell out and regrew in their natural cycle. I Liked how they looked but only 3 stars due to once they were gone my natural eyelashes looked awful. read more

Bottom line, I gave Andrea my hard earned money to render a service that she decided she was not going to ultimately provide. Simply said, she micro-bladed my eyebrows, but the arch was too high and the color too dark. Gratefully, she acknowledged her miscommitted to correcting her misjudgment. I personally liked Andrea and wanted to give her the opportunity to fix her error. What preceded was empty conversations and promises to my inquiries of when she would correct my eyebrows. I wanted to believe her so much that I wasted almost a year with our correspondence. I am in a professional line of work and had to deal with camouflaging the expensive brows I paid for and deal with the embarrassment of how they looked. She should have been honest and accountable but she wasn't. I write this because I just had my eyebrows re-done yesterday (that I am very happy with) and it reminded me of the money I wasted with Andrea. I welcome her feedback to explain her actions. Update: I had the opportunity to speak with Andrea about my grievances and she has offered a different beauty service to compensate for my inconvenience. She's honest in her consultations and the actual process is so relaxing and easy, it feels as though you're not paying her enough. I've never had extensions before but even for a first timer she goes through everything throughly so there's no surprises. Andrea brought me back. I had to stop wearing lashes because the glue was to strong, but I loved them and wanted them back. I decided to try someone different and was very disappointed. Then I decided to give it one more try and I found Andrea I told her about how sensitive my eyes was and she let me know that there was an option for glue for people with sensitive eyes. After looking through her recent instagram photos I think she has improved a LOT on the microblading eyebrows but when I went to her last year I was really unhappy with the way mine looked. I always had to draw in my eyebrows but would go for a very simple as natural as possible look because I am not into fake looking eyebrows. She argued with me about how high the arch should be and how far apart they should be. one of my big complaints was that a wax person waxed my eyebrows so far apart and the middles never grew back completely and I always had to color that part back in and that was the main reason I wanted microblading and she said no they should be that far apart....then she made my arch way too dramatic and when I complained she said "i love it, i like dramatic eyebrows" well that's great but they are on MY face and I do not like dramatic eyebrows. When i wasn't happy about the way she drew them on before doing any blading she said she couldn't spend anymore time trying to figure it out with me because she has a time limit and I felt super rushed. Luckily I guess since I wasn't happy with them, despite following all of her instructions and using ointment they completely flaked off with no pigment whatsoever after one week. Ironically the only part that I really hate (the dramatic arch) is the only pigment that stayed. the recent pictures I see look great and I didn't go back for my follow up not because of the technique but mostly because she was rude and made me feel uncomfortable which I would have ignored if I loved the eyebrows in the first place. read more

Had my lashes done by her about 4 to 6 times. They didnt last very well maybe 2 weeks and i already had obvious fallout even though i rarely wet them and wore NO eyeliner or mascara or eyeshadow (i now know they are meant to last longer cause i get them done by a professional). Also, she left CLUMPS in them. And omg she would go on and on about how the other lash artist dnt do a good job and blah blah blah. Wish i knew then what i know now. Woulda asked her why i had clumps in there. .. woulda probably blamed me. I had to wait for her every single time i went in for MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I know sometimes u have to wait but I waited at least 15 to 30 mins. Again, FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. While i heard her in there talkin and laughing. She is irresponsible and unorganized and knows little about time management. Or maybe she just didn't value me as a customer. Wish i hadnt tipped 20 to 25% hoping it would get better the next time. I once waited OVER AN HOUR for her. I arrived after work and took a seat. She saw me and she asked what i was doing there. Wtf?!? I tell her im there for my app and she says she dsnt have it down.. implying I'm the idiot who cant keep track of my stuff. i showed her the txt msgs where she confirmed my appointment and she finally realized shes made (another) mistake. She said she'd see me after she's done w the gal in the room. An hr. Later it's finally my turn. I was out of there at around 9. The price is high for the work she does. She is unprofessional. I went here cause of the great reviews. Maybe she just treated me this way. I was always patient and gracious when she treated me like my time didnt matter to her.. and again, I TIPPED VERY WELL. I had my brows 3D microbladed almost 2 months ago so my touch up has also been done and healed. I'm very pleased with the result and overall process. The consultation before the tattoo process was very helpful and Andrea was patient and made sure I was happy. We decided on somewhat thick brows which is what I wanted. She took the time to trim and reshape my brows with tweezers because they are naturally uneven and slightly different heights. The tattoo process is painful but relatively short because Andrea is practiced and efficient. Over the next few days they darken and thicken because of the scabbing. After about 5 days mine had healed and lightened and then actually darkened a bit in the following weeks. The touch up is the exact same tattoo process but the consultation is much shorter. The healing and aftercare are also the same. I'm very happy with the healed look and don't feel the need to put any makeup in my brows anymore. Also, compared to others microbladed brows my hairstrokes are more prominent and therefore more natural looking I think. read more

I can't thank Andrea enough for my lovely eyelash extensions. I barely have any eyelashes and Andrea was able to make them full and beautiful. How do you think this is a false review? This is exactly what happened when we met. No one is trying "spy" on you, you aren't that good. You clearly didn't read my review which I said I was happy with the lashes when I was there until I get home and that I was fine with you not working on top of someone else's work. And we only communicated through email because my phone wasn't on at the time which you knew about. Don't know what your deal with icandy is, maybe you used to work for them but please, no one is trying to spy on you. Don't flatter yourself. Not my fault you clearly have issues with that company and clearly you do have time to address my review with your lies of a response.
