It was clean and there were plenty of towels. There several USB outlets if you need to charge your devices. I didn't utilize the breakfast option, but they do have a continental breakfast from 6am to 9am. I stayed in a 2 double bed room with a walk-in shower. (See pics) read more

We were travelling with Baby Princess Beagle and thus needed a pet-friendly hotel for an overnight stop to break up a trip from Western NC to Western NY. There was no Motel 6 (the pet-traveler's standby) nearby and La Quinta essentially runs a scam to double their room rates for those travelling with animals, so Priceline suggested this Sleep Inn. I'm glad it did and feel that this hotel offers good value for the modest price. This Sleep Inn is only about two minutes from I-19. The parking lot is big, clean, and well-lit. Rooms are tidy, spacious, and comfy, the temp control worked well, the front desk clerk was very helpful, and the breakfast is serviceable and hearty. Bathrooms and linens were clean and well-stocked. Holding at four stars for two reasons: although I called ahead to confirm it, and $15 per animal/night is reasonable (and we only paid about $60 for the room), I kinda hate it when hotels charge a pet fee, especially given that Priceline doesn't tell you that. Charge a room-cleaning fee if an animal urinates on the floor, sure, but otherwise, my pet is no more an inconvenience that warrants an additional fee than anyone else's children are. You have to clean the room either way. Two, some idiot maintenance guy decided that he needed to sand down a piece of wall trim outside our door at 8AM when we had arrived late the night before. The desk clerk made him knock it off immediately when we called to bring it to her attention (and thank you for that), but, really? It's a hotel and people arriving late and sleeping late in is not unusual. High-noise stuff has got to wait until after checkout at 11. Would stay again. read more

My night at Sleep Inn was a horrid disaster. My room was nice enough, the staff was nice enough and the basic physical setup was just fine. But little did I realize that this place turns into a truck repair lot with workmen shouting and truck engines revving. I phoned the front desk about all of the noise and they told me point blank that until quiet hour, which was ten o'clock, these guys could make all the noise and rev all of the truck engines they wanted to. Not to be picky, but I'm a weary traveler and really need some early rest, but I didn't get it here ,so I won't be back to allow the same to happen again. Though the room was OK and the rates really good, there are some quirky thing about the place. Such as, I have never seen such a horror of a wiring just as within my room. Like really, to me it looked like a fire hazard just waiting to happen. Fortunately if it does, I won't be there for it. read more

Had stayed there in the past but the years don't seem to be treating the place very well. Was driving all day just dropped off the bags in the room and didn't check it out well before going to dinner. When we got back we looked at the bathroom, mold and lots of peeling paint, just disgusting. If something so obvious is left that way what is going on with the rest of their supposed cleaning? My wife and I checked in here, just to stay one night on our way from South Carolina (Hilton Head) to Toronto Canada. We booked online, and when we arrived at midnight check in was easy and seamless. They take CAA and AAA and that gave us a slight discount. It was hard finding parking though. Their lot was full which indicated they do well with their business. The rooms weren't super fancy but they were nice and somewhat modern. Between the comfy bed, the free wi-fi, the free continental breakfast and the price, this place proved to be a decent place to stay for a night. I wouldn't stay longer though, as for me this is a place you stay only for one night. We were not disappointed. read more

Stayed here again when in the area for business for three nights. They put me into a handicapped-equipped room, which I mostly didn't mind except for the shower, which was set up for a wheelchair'ed guest to enter and shower themselves with a handheld shower head. Except... the head was mounted waist-level for a standing-up person, and there was no additional higher mount to set it at a regular height... making showers rather awkward. I asked if there were additional rooms but they were fairly booked and my business responsibilities didn't allow me time to come back and move rooms, so I just kind of dealt with it. Otherwise, everything else was clean and comfortable, and I would choose them again in the future. read more

Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids. The hotel is clean and has nice decor. They had 2 full sized bed, and we're used to queen size on family trips, so it was a little tight, but the beds and pillows were very comfortable! They had a sliding door that separated the sink/vanity area from the toilet and shower, which was convenient, but the shower head and handle needed to be replaced. Typical breakfast with what tasted powdered eggs, and waffle makers, which the kids always love. Check-in at 7pm was short staffed, so it took a little longer after a long road trip than I would have liked. read more

Stayed on our way home from up north.. Not the first time we have stayed here.... Great room. Friendly staff.. But I must say we were really disappointed in the breakfast... Eggs cold.. Might have been six cold sausage patties.. Only jelly they had was grape... No juice glasses. Only a small amount of cereal fruit loops and cherrios ..sausage gravy looked globby.. Might have been 4 biscuits not real fresh looking... Maybe it was because they had a young girl working there.. Don't know but in the past always had a good breakfast...give four stars for room and staff but only one star for breakfast...always next year... read more
