We had pick our mattress out and were at the…read moretransaction counter and we were trying to set up a delivery time and the guy (didn't even tell us his name) gave us 2 options and we were trying to figure it out before we paid for the mattress and the guy all of a sudden said, "well I have other customers and I think you should go somewhere else." So we were like ok then... and went to Green Frog Sleep Center which was 100 times a better experience and the guy gave us a 10% discount. Same bed for $600 less... and delivery on the day and time we wanted. Forget mattress firm... support your local business instead. You'll get better customer service and pricing. I'm just still blown away with the lack of customer service and thankful we got told to leave because god forbid we have to ensure we would be available for the delivery.

I started by going to Mattress Firm as this was a new experience for me. That ended in a fiasco that left me $4,000 in debt. After leaving Mattress Firm I felt so defeated, so I decided to do further research and see if I could find a mattress similar to the one I purchased from Mattress Firm. I found BoxDrop on Facebook and sent a message to inquire the types of Mattresses and box springs they have & their price range. Mrs. Audrey quickly messaged me back and answered all my questions, she even gave me a time that I could come by & check out the mattresses if I was interested. I went to BoxDrop that day and met with Mr. Paul. I explained my situation with Mattress Firm and he knew exactly how I felt. He started by saying "let's start with our cheapest mattress and work our way up until we find a fit for you". This made me feel so comfortable & at ease with my decision. I was not pressured to purchase the most expensive one with all the bells & whistles, like at Mattress Firm. I spent roughly 45 minutes in BoxDrop and walked away with a mattress & set of box springs for $1,000, which was right under my budget. I have slept on the bed for 1 week now and I am so pleased with my purchase. I did not realize how much lack of sleep I was getting until this new mattress. They removed the cabinet dividers between the cabinet doors as well as put in new drawers. In addition, they added new cabinets from scratch in our laundry room. The team who worked in our house were very professional and respectful. They put up a plastic tent around the kitchen to prevent dust and particles from entering the rest of the house. While it took several weeks to get everything ready and in stock, it only took them 2 weeks to complete the installation. My wife and I are very happy campers and would use them again if needed. I highly recommend for their great craftsmanship, professionalism and reasonable cost. Hopefully my before and after pics will load without issue.
