I've always loved the sleep number bed I got years ago. In the process of buying a new one - larger in size - I had to transfer that bed to my other home since I was also renovating and making room for new furniture. Therefore, the pain of having to make do without my sleep number bed began. As I wait for my king size i8 sleep number bed to be delivered, I had to tolerate sleeping on a regular tempur-pedic type mattress. I'm sorry to say my body aches journey - shoulders and arms mostly - began and to this day still recovering from them even though I've had my new bed for a few days. Trust me, having a sleep number bed is well worth it and why not?! You work hard therefore rest and sleep are important aspects in a healthy lifestyle. So go ahead and splurge. Besides, Sleep Number has so many promos and special financing so having one of these beds to fit your taste and comfort is much more affordable and attainable unlike before. read more

Worst customer service experience of my life. My bed felt nothing like the bed in the store. It felt like a 7k air mattress. I've been more comfortable tent camping. Customer service will NOT disclose to you the $215 pick up fee to come to your home. I was told to "give the mattress a shot without the base" only to return the entire mattress 2 weeks later. Don't fall for the "nothing to lose, 100 days at home" BS sales tactic. They charge you to pick up and a restocking fee. All in all I paid about $800 for the privilege of 7 weeks of the worst sleep of my life. Do yourself a favor, go to any other mattress store before you commit to an overpriced air mattress. I wish I had! Sit and sleep in Norco has all the leading brands and are transparent about their return policy. Really good service. I have been to this Sleep Number on several occasions. The customer service is always great. It's fun to go into the store and see all the cool mattresses and toppers. So I was looking for a cooling mattress topper for summertime to cool me down. I called the store to ask what they had. I found the cooling/ heating mattress topper on their website and the sales associate helped answer all of my questions. She helped me place my order and I was excited. It took two weeks for it to arrive. When it did arrive, the box that makes the air pump into the topper wasn't working properly. So I called customer service and they happily replaced the unit. It took a week or so for the replacement to come and it worked great. I am happy with my purchase. The cooling topper was on sale so I spent $800 on it. It was well worth the money. I highly recommend Sleep Number. This location is great. read more

We came here with zero expectations and we're blown away by Tanya the sales rep. She was very chill, polite, and just a treat to work with. She was awesome with our son while giving us all the information we needed. We ended up getting what we came for and had a great experience. I cant stress enough the worst service ever. My husband and I purchased a mattress and the gal (Tanya) NEVER went over any agreements with us. She said all our paperwork would have to be mailed because of some issue she was having on the computer. We thought that was okay, whatever. HOWEVER the mattress is NOT working out for us and we have to return it. She emphasized the 100 free nights that's ALL. NO RETURN FEES WERE EVER MENTIONED. When I called to have them pick it up it was only then they told me this. This is unacceptable under these circumstances. I have proof. A text message that proves no paperwork was given to us that night so therefore nothing was gone over. i spoke to a supervisor 2x at sleep number. I was always promised a call back and never got one. I would have to reach out again time and time again. I asked for a reduction for the return. I didnt even ask for a the full fee to be waived, again just a portion but NO they did not BEND AT ALL. I will NEVER EVER recommend them. They are sneaky, liars and do not even work with you. I do not like dishonest businesses. I will be telling everyone I know about this situation. -Chris. We purchased our bed about 2 months ago from the Sleep Number store. We had visited one time prior and was not quite sold on the bed and wanted to make sure the value was worth the money. Store staff was great, helpful and delivered on time and as promised. My wife swears that this is the best bed we have ever had and has solved much of her back issues. I am not as impressed...not as comfortable as I had hoped and I was much more comfortable on a traditional bed. I have tried multiple settings and just have not found a good setting...happy wife, happy life. read more

Ok so here's the short so far ... Our bed is amazing have had it now for two days and talk about stellar.. Service here was on point ... Wish We would have gotten a little better discount but I get it they are the Lambos of beds... The ended up getting our bed sooner than had anticipated.. It is so rare these days to see great customer service. I have visited the Corona Sleep Number store on a few occasions. When the customer service is great the customer will continue to return. Angie and Paul have always greeted me with a smile, they are both very knowledgable of their product and they work together as a team! I stopped by to select some sheets today for my new Sleep Number bed, I can hardly wait for it to arrive tomorrow. Thank you both for being so helpful and knowledgeable. Our bed is very comfortable and my husband and I both sleep great on it (I have even fallen asleep on the Zero G setting and it is still comfortable). We had great customer service from the saleswoman and from the delivery & installation men. I took away 1 star because the overpriced sheets were a TOTAL waste of money! I bought them so they would stay in place when the bed is adjusted. They don't! They are constantly coming off the top corners! Even worse, after the third time I washed them, the seams are coming apart! Seriously, over $200 for sheets and they can't be washed without falling apart! I did not even Start a return and they lied to me and said I did and the only way they "compensated" me is by crediting me the return fee for something I never started! They are the worst. I bought 2 king size beds at the same time. I fought with the for years over them. They string you along until the warranty is out and then try to charge you for the repairs. It is just a air bag that leaks and they over charge. Do not buy into the hype. They are junk and have terrible customer service. read more

This is my fifth time in this particular store. The first time I was looking at replacing my current Sleep Number. The second time I actually made my purchase of my new bed. Each time was a great experience. The other visits were to purchase pillows. This last visit really impressed me as we were shopping for my son. It started off with me purchasing the bed and having to wait for 2 weeks which I didn't mind, what bothered me most, was when they told me the bed didn't come with a frame which I thought I purchased with the bed. So I bought the frame and they told me to wait another two weeks to finish setting up the bed and pick up my other bed which bothered me, because I didn't want to wait 4 weeks for everything when originally it should have been done in one week, they kept giving excuses and all this other stuff, I got fed up with it, they didn't want to accommodate anything. We had an amazing experience at Sleep Number. Laura is exactly what you want in a sales professional. She listened to our needs, are some great recommendations, and never tried to up sell but inform us so we could make the right decision. Being from the sales world I can honestly say I really enjoy buying from a person like Laura. Our installation team was awesome. They took time to explain features of the bed and did not mind answering my questions. They were on time, looked professional, and were respectful with regards to our home. I will update this review with their names, but when we move we will definitely hire Sleep Number to move the bed. This was one of the best purchases I've made and I would highly recommend the Dos Lagos store in Corona. To address one of the unhelpful reviews here, this is a mattress store. If you're not interested in buying a mattress there's no reason to wander their store. They are not there to give you air conditioning and a restroom. Dos Lagos has excellent facilities and it is unfair to rate them poorly because you're loitering. We were in and out in an hour and we bought a bed. It shouldn't take the same to look at pillows. Stop junking up Yelp with dumb reviews and harassing people who are actually doing their jobs well! read more

Wow, where do I start? Horrible experience thus far and we don't even have our bed yet! The salesperson ordered the wrong bed which resulted in a huge delay on correct bed being sent which resulted in wrong bedding being sent to us. Customer service stated we can return wrong bedding to any store but when my Wife took the bedding to this store she was told they could not accept it. Second set of bedding was sent to us and it too is the wrong size. How can a consumer spend $9000.00 on a bed and purchase the overpriced bedding and not get the bedding before the bed arrives? If it is this hard to buy a bed, what happens in the future if there is a warranty issue?? Great store with a wide selection of everything you need! My husband and I needed a new bed and were waiting for the right time to purchase so we just looked around a bunch of stores. After coming across this sleep number, Wendy made sure to note down EVERYTHING we were looking for and stored us in her contacts. Anytime there was a sale on the bed we wanted, she would give us a call or a short text. After waiting 3 months and remaining in contact, we finally came across the best deal for us. Wendy made the whole process so easy! I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes. I ordered new pillows, blankets, sheets, and of course a new mattress and base. Needless to say, she was great. Helped with everything and stayed in contact weeks later to make sure everything went well. I love my bed and I couldn't have done any of this without Wendy's help. read more

I was interested in buying a mattress at this particular location yesterday. However went I walked into the store I never received a greeting or response from both ladies who were chatting behind the corner. As I walked around the store I finally found a mattress that I was interested in I asked for help and the ladies seemed bothered that I interrupted their conversation. Later, when I finally received help the lady had a very bothered/rude tone of voice with me. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave, I wouldn't recommend coming to this store. read more

The salesperson pretty much made an opinion about us in the first 2 minutes. I guess she thought we were not good enough to spend time with us. Saturday 3/18/17 I went to the Sleep Center Store in Corona. A man greeted us as he helped another customer but he didn't ask if we needed help. We wondered our way through the store. Ran into a lady who asked if we are familiar with Sleep Number. I told her I know absolutely nothing about Sleep Number so that's why I'm here. I told her that I know people who have one. Some like it and some don't so I decided to look into it myself to determine my own opinion. She took us straight to a P5 to test it out. I had to ask several questions about performance and functions of the mattresses in addition to Price. We were given retail pricing. No sale price unless I specifically asked. She disappeared on us a couple times. We saw her helping a male customer who had clearly walked in after us. She totally left us on our own. I went and found her to ask more questions but she disappeared again to the same customer. I feel that she had No Regard for our needs. We wondered around a little longer and decided we should leave. Before heading out we walked past her she asked me if I would be financing. I said No, cash/debit purchase. You'd think that would inspire her to refocus and help the people who came in first but it didn't. I also asked about the mattresses they are advertising $899 Queen size. She showed us the mattresses. Those mattresses aren't worth $200 let alone $899. I think the sale for $899 is just a ploy to get people in the store which didn't help because the sales staff isn't attentive to customers anyway. Before leaving she gave me her card. For goodness sakes she's the Store Manager Laura Calderon. I was absolutely shocked. With this kind of SERVICE from the Store Manager what would we have gotten from a regular Salesperson? Bottom line the mattresses are way over price, especially since they are considered air mattresses. Sleep Number is advertising a lower quality mattress for $899 Queen size, 8" thick. My current mattress is 11". The 8" is very thin and the $899 price does not include the base which you need. Major disappointment here. When I got back home I did research on Sleep Number. I found survey results done by true Sleep Number owners. I couldn't believe what I read. I should have done my homework before going to the store. I remember once upon a time when you could go in a store and get educated so you could make an informative decision. Sales people are the very people who should give you as much info that you need to buy their Product. The service really turned me off and after reading the Owners survey online I am happy to move on. If you are interested in Sleep Number Mattress and Base do your homework, ask questions upfront, test it out and if the salesperson disappears on you, can't or doesn't answer your questions and they don't tell you about current sales going on Leave the store. They do have a 100 sleeps free but even that has some red tape. Laura told us about it but didn't give details. I read more about it on line. I gave them a 1 rating because the Store Manager Laura did answer some of my questions, however to make such an investment my expectation is for the Salesperson to automatically provide a full review of what they are selling, be enthusiastic and helpful.
