Really bad experience at Lowe's. Purchased a harbor breeze fan with a lifetime warranty on the motor. The motor burned out in just over one year of owning the fan. I did not retain the receipt. But harbor breeze is only sold at Lowe's it's, an exclusive brand. I did everything in my power to get the fan replaced. Called Lowe's customer service tried to get an RA number, spoke to a supervisor. Took the fan to Lowe's and spent almost 2 hours at the store speaking to five different associates including a supervisor. Ended up walking away with nothing. Very upset with Lowe's. I am a avid customer and purchase many items on a regular basis. I am a property manager with several properties that I own and manage. I buy items at Lowe's and home Depot regularly. After this type of customer service, I will no longer purchase things at Lowe's. Lifetime warranty on an exclusive item, requires proof of purchase from Lowe's. My visit today is the first time I've been dissatisfied. Austin in largo appliances must have been having a bad day. He abruptly told me he had never heard of the product I was looking for saying he had sold lots of room a.c. and never heard of a saddleback unit. When I approach him he was in another department. When I started to look on my phone Lowe's app to show him, he turned away and said "when you find it I'll be over there". So I went into his area where he was helping another customer. I waited for quite a while. When another customer approached with a request for help with a large appliance he radioed for someone else to help me. When he walked away with the new customers, I waited for a while then left the area. I walked back to see his name tag when Hodges was pointed to me. I thanked Hodges and told him I would be going elsewhere. On exiting the store I saw Collette at a register and told her how I felt. She helped another customer when I told her I would wait for her attention. I didn't want someone else to wait for attention. Collette and Hodges both listened to my story and assured me that Austin was not a new employee and his behavior was not normal for him. Lynda in customer service was very helpful when I was told the wrong location for the product I was looking for by another employee in customer service. I'll look online and I'll know exactly number aisle and bay I need to go to, so I don't have to walk around the whole store and waste time . Employees are generally helpful. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I have experienced at the Lowe's location in Corona. My family and I have been frequent customers, visiting what feels like every other weekend while completing various home improvement projects. Unfortunately, our experiences at both the cashier stations and self-checkout area have consistently been negative.The customer service provided by several employees has been unwelcoming and, at times, discourteous. My greatest concern is the atmosphere at the self-checkout area. I often feel closely monitored in a way that makes me uncomfortable, and there have been multiple occasions where I felt unfairly scrutinized. When issues arise with the self-checkout machines, employees frequently intervene to complete the transaction themselves, which raises the question of the purpose of self-checkout if customers are unable to use it independently. Additionally, there have been instances where assistance was requested, but employees appeared disengaged or walked away. As a long-time customer and Lowe's credit card holder who consistently pays for my purchases, I should feel welcomed and valued when shopping here Instead, I often leave feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the level of service provided.I respectfully ask that management review the customer service practices at this location, particularly within the self-checkout area, and address concerns related to employee interactions with customers. At this point, I am seriously considering shopping at other Lowe's locations, even if it means driving farther from my home, because of the repeated negative experiences at this store.i do hope my concerns will be addressed. We ordered utility doors July of 2025. We were supposed to get them installed today Thursday December 18, 2025 between eight and twelve. Excited about finally receiving our utility doors, a call came in from Lowe's installation department. Terri G informed us that our doors will not be coming today due to wrong measurements. I don't know how professionals come up with the wrong measurements or how inconsiderate they are in calling a half hour before they're supposed to be installed. This was the only option because they didn't have it in stock so I couldn't just bring it home myself. The next day I get a text saying it will be delivered between 9-1pm. I'm not available between 9-1pm, why the change? I call and they tell me to pound sand and if I'm not there, they will just leave without delivering the dishwasher. This review is for the Christmas tree lot. KYLE NEEDS A RAISE!!! Kyle greeted my family as we walked into the lot and he was so kind! My son picked out the $165 tree and there was no way I was getting a $165 tree! No offense for anyone who buys the expensive trees, it's just not for us. Anywho! My son was having a crying meltdown because we told him no to the tree he picked out. Kyle came in clutch and helped us get our son to calm down by pretending to get the expensive tree while we went inside to pay. We got an $85 tree that my husband and I picked out and Kyle got that one all ready for us while we went inside to pay. Thank you so much Kyle for your help with our son! Customer Service: Was 1 star... but then employee Ada deserves 6 out of 5 stars! Thanks to Ada (please give her a raise or promotion or something wonderful), my trip was not in vain...that expensive gas and time was not for nothing. I had waited soooo long and they called for assistance needed at the aisle so many times. Finally an elderly female employee, Ada, came to help me. We couldn't find the item even climbing high and low. Also, surprisingly, she didn't give me the typical (not so helpful) response: "Just whatever we have out on the shelves, is what we have in stock." She went checking a few more aisles and finally found them way up high in an unrelated section. It's fine, they probably needed to be stored somewhere where there was space. Prices: Varies. Sometimes 2 stars and at times 5 stars. Some of their clearance or sales items are inexpensive. Got washer/dryer here like 14 years ago (and I compared sale prices at the time). They open late (it was 8:40 p.m.)...Why was I still there? Finally found the clearance bleach which would've been an amazing deal! But alas the entire pallet was over 1.5 years old and bleach loses its potency after 6 months to a year. (By the way, I had too much time while waiting for the products to be brought down so now I know exactly how to read Clorox's manufacture dates.) read more

The aisles here are packed with everything you could need. I came in because I was doing some home improvement projects since I recently moved to the area. They had everything I needed. The prices were on point and the service was super helpful. They had a lot of Christmas decorations too which I thought was nice. The overall experience her has always been better than say HD and other stores. read more

Alisha is so rude! There's no customer service anymore! The store was empty and employees acted like they were so bothered to be at work! Mid sentence alisha would walk away and cop such a horrible attitude for no reason. The only decent and respectful employee was a man who was in a wheelchair i didnt catch his name because i was so upset but i will never return to this store! To top it off when i finally got alisha to ring my stuff up she purposely left my items on the belt so i had to but the stuff back in the cart while she walked away to go gossip with another female employee. Employees do not answer the phone, I bought a refrigerator and they delivered it damage, damaged my TV, bringing it in and left trash outside, I spent an hour and a half Colleen loads multiple times only to be put on hold, and then disconnected, I actually had to drive down to the store to speak to a manager, they re-ordered a fridge raider to be replaced and that got canceled, I've also spent another hour trying to get someone to pick up the phone at Lowe's and I will have to drive down there again, I do two to $3000 of business a month, and I am canceling my credit card and taking my business elsewhere, The delivery company they sublease to is horrible and they don't care in their drivers. Fantastic service!!! I needed to rekey new lock and make few copies of the key. I called ahead and made sure they still provide this service. I was told Jason is the one who does this. I came in, they paged Jason and he came in a few minutes, while I was waiting several people came up to me and asked if I needed help, so cool Jason came and did excellent job rekeying the lock and made few key copies, it probably took 10-15 minutes. He was also training Eric who was eager to learn and promised me that next time I will need this service he will be the one who will help me . It felt really good to have nice people providing wonderful service. Jason is a master of locks, highly recommend to ask him all your lock questions, you can't miss him, he has that Z Z top beard and cool personality 10 out of 10!!! read more

We had some lights in the kitchen go out, so needed to replace the bulbs and possibly also the starter. Had never been to a Lowe's before, but it was in the area so we gave it a shot. Was kind of picturing a Home Depot with different logos and funnily enough, I wasn't that far off. As far as selection they had most items you'd expect / need, but I noticed it was quite difficult to get assistance. Finding someone as well as getting into a situation where I could explain what I was looking for was a challenge. Could be a result of the current worker shortage, I guess. We finally flagged someone down and they simply pointed. Okay, at least I have an idea of where to go I guess. I asked if they at least recycle fluorescent light bulbs and the person didn't know. In the end I found some simple bulbs (which was harder than you might guess if you're not a super handy person), but wasn't able to find the smart lights I was hoping for. Did they have them? Did they not? Who knows? I couldn't find them and nobody seemed too interested in helping me, so Lowe's loss I guess. I would've given a lower review, but in the end someone did explain Lowe's does not recycle these types of bulbs, which is fair, and they did tape them up for me, which was nice. Anyway, average experience I guess. Edit: One more thing just for transparency's sake - two of the employees I interacted with had masks on, but worn below their noses. So their noses were completely sticking out / exposed. You can decide for yourself if that's a problem for you. read more

To whom it may concern. I am regular customer at this specific location and have never witnessed such unprofessionalism/harassment towards an employee from who I later found out is the Store Manager by the name of John. I was at this store location around 5:15 pm and witnessed as John the store manager harassed one of his employees and embarrassed her in front of myself along with other customers. I want to commend the employee for maintaining her calm as she was disrespected by her leadership. I hope this gets to who it needs to because as a loyal customer I must say I am disappointed and may need to consider shopping elsewhere if this is the type of leadership this location has for their employees. read more

I was shopping at the Corona Lowe's today and entered through the garden department. There were no carts so I went into the store. Next to a counter were 10 carts. As I was backing it out, one of the "fluffs " told me I couldn't take it. I asked why not? She said that it was an employee cart, that I could go outside and get one. I said oh I wouldn't want to take an employee cart!! The "fluffs" rolled their eyes at each other. I feel that was not a positive customer experience for me, a 76 year old woman. On April 25, 2025, late afternoon, I made a purchase of a refrigerator on order #201743115250640104 at the customer service desk. I was helped by Customer Service Cashier Aarian. I realized there were additional charges on my receipt, that were not needed or requested. I expressed my concern to Cashier Erica Martinez - Carlos. Erica walked me to customer service, and she explained to Aarian of the additional charges. Aarian asked Erica to help refund the charges because she was trying to finish homework for finals that were due the next day. Erica than explained to Aarian due to policy she was not able to assist in the transaction because we are related. I believe Aarian was distracted with her personal situation and not customer focused, causing the errors from the beginning of my transaction. Aarian than stated that cashier Cassie was helping her with her homework and needed to complete it before the night was over. Therefore, Aarian was refusing to assist me with my issue. Aarian than called the ASM Adam and asked for help on resolving the refund of charges. Adam stated to do the refund and do a new transaction. Aarian tried; however, this was through Progressive Leasing program and the system was not able to locate the account / invoice / transaction. Adam's response to my questions were "he did not know" and to call Progressive Leasing because this was not a Lowe's issue. This is a lack of training for an Assistant Store Manager not to know. I called Progressive Leasing, and they advise this is a Lowe's issue. I called Lowe's customer care, and I was told the issue would be resolved within 14 days, which would have been May 9,2025. As of this date the issue has not been resolved. I am being charged an automatic deduction EVERY WEEK from my bank account for 2 separate payments for 1 refrigerator. This is causing a hardship on my finances and everyday expenses, I am a single parent, and this is causing me physical and mental stress, these extra payments are setting me back on my other financial responsibilities. All this would have been prevented if your Associates would take priority in providing Customer Service instead of taking care of their personal issues during work hours. Adam was fully aware of the situation and made a statement as well, to the fact that Aarian needed to complete her homework. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. Please help! read more

My mother purchased a bubble cushioning roll in December last year. Unfortunately, my father fell ill and ended up passing. Now we are cleaning up. Came upon this item that was never used. Came to the store to return it or get at least store credit. The cashier said it was past the 30 day policy. I said the items is brand new, we didn't used it. Explain the situation with my father. The manager came and no customer accommodation was even attempted. I understand it's past the 30 day but at least store credit would of been good. Horrible customer service.
