These fellows are hustling because they needed to get to the next delivery. They then call customer service on speaker phone so you can also verbally acknowledge declining setup that I asked for during purchase. So now I had two choices. On June 7, 2025, we visited the store intending to purchase a mattress. From the very beginning, the salesperson who was working between 1:30 PM and 2:15 PM treated us in a rude and condescending manner, even going so far as to question whether we were actually interested in buying -- a complete lack of respect. Despite this, we proceeded with the purchase because we liked a specific model: the Sealy Posturepedic® Elite Brenham II Medium. The salesperson told us the mattress came with a 30-day return guarantee, but only if we bought a mattress protector. We initially didn't want it, as we already have protectors at home, but we agreed to purchase the BEDGEAR Stretchwick® Cooling Mattress Protector. The total purchase amounted to $1,981.13, with delivery scheduled for June 10. The mattress was delivered, but the protector was not included. The delivery team told us we would have to pick it up at the store, which already seemed suspicious. On June 18 around 6:00 PM, we went back to the store, where a female employee informed us that the protector was out of stock but promised to send it by mail. That never happened. On June 28, we returned to the store again and encountered the same salesperson. His attitude was just as unpleasant as the first time. He told us they wouldn't receive the protector until July 7 or later -- by which time the 30-day return period would have expired -- and that it could not be mailed, which made no sense. He offered to refund the cost of the protector, but warned that doing so would void our right to return the mattress. We accepted the refund only because we have no desire to set foot in that store again or deal with such an unpleasant person. We believe this is a deliberate tactic to prevent customers from returning mattresses: if the protector never arrives, the return period expires and the customer loses their right. We have sent several complaint emails, and have never received a response. Frankly, if you need to rely on strategies like this, it's because you don't believe in the quality of your own products. I sincerely hope that one day you are held accountable for such unethical practices.

Don't waste your time anywhere else. Come straight here. And when you do, don't expect a beautiful, fancy showroom. That's not this place. Travis took care of me. He was knowledgeable, patient and gave me a great deal on two sets of good, but off-brand mattresses. Even got them delivered to me the same day for a great price! Sidenote: the delivery guy is a single delivery guy. He can sling those mattresses and box springs, but he's just one guy with cumbersome pieces to work with. I guess they keep the costs down that way. That said, dragging and tossing new merchandise isn't a good idea. One of my box springs had some slight damage on it by the time he was finished. I ended up helping him take stuff upstairs, 'cause he would've dragged it otherwise. He also was a little too chatty asking questions about my place. He noticed everything and asked questions about everything. In any other situation, I'd think he was making note to come back and rob me. Still, I'm giving Mattress Outlet 5 stars. It is now January 13 and we still do not have our order. We have sent numerous emails and had many phone calls to their customer service. Service agents tell us that they will look into it and get back to us. With the exception of one rep, no one has ever called us back. We have been told many things -- the order was sent to the delivery place and then lost, the headboard never arrived to the delivery company, they would deliver the bed and mattress without the headboard, etc. Every rep seemed to have a different explanation. Meanwhile, we have spent several thousand dollars on a bed, mattress and headboard that were never delivered.
