He was so helpful in finding me the best deals possible and ultimately got the mattress, box spring and delivery all done within my budget. When it came time for the mattress to be delivered, the day before I received an automated call with my delivery time between 10:15 and 12:15. Imagine my surprise when at 8:30 I get a call saying they'll be there in ten. In trying to call them back, I did have some difficulty getting through to a representative as the store was not yet open. Finally after rushing home, I found the delivery men had waited. They were extremely helpful and carried the mattress up all the way to the third floor! Unfortunately the box spring did not fit up the narrow staircase so I declined delivery. I called up Mike and he was able to offer me a split box spring which I could pick up that same day. He even offered to drive it to me on his truck. I ended up going back to the store and we tied it to the roof of my car. No extra charge for the change up! I will recommend this mattress firm to anyone and everyone I know buying a mattress. He said it was very expensive. I looked very closely at the materials and mentioned that it was not real wood, either MDF or Particle Board with veneer as well as made in China. My friend said that is impossible as he was assured it was real solid wood made in Denmark. I said to him, I will cut part of his furniture and if it is not MDF or Particle Board I would buy and replace it. Lo and behold it was Particle Board. I have yet to find out what my friend did after I left his dinner invitation.
