I've had my sleep number for less than a month. I already feel duped. I sincerely regret my purchase and the money invested that could have gone to a different bed. It's too late, because they don't tell you until you are in the throws of the purchase that the base is not-refundable. Up until you are providing your credit card information you are told that you have a trial period. As soon as you provide your credit card, you are told oh by the way. Not refundable. Fine, we were excited. They came out, they set up the bed. We were excited. Night one, my husbands pillow falls between the mattress and the headboard. I told him he was sleeping wrong. I saw the gap continue to widen over the next few days. I got on the handy sleep number chat. I spent 25 minutes providing information only to be told I had to call the service department. I finally speak to the service department, they schedule an appointment a week and a half out. I spend my entire Saturday waiting for them to come only for them not to fix the issue. Following Monday, I chat again. For about 25 minutes I'm on the chat again. Only to be provided with another phone number. I call that number. On the phone with them for a while, only to be told I needed to speak to the manufacturer of the base. I am out on hold and told the next representative will be fully informed of the issue. She is not, she asks me the same questions. She schedules an appointment for a technician to come out. But if it is in fact the issue I'm telling her and not what she thinks it is. I've been on the phone for over an hour and a half and feel defeated. I am so disappointed in this purchase and wish we never would have spent $10,000 on this damn bed. I wish we would have done more research. If you are considering getting a sleep number, don't. Also, I would upload pictures but this app doesn't let me. We finally upgraded our mattress to a sleep number, the entire process went smoothly .. if you're looking for a knowledgeable sales associate ask for Yany, she was so professional and sweet. She wasn't in a rush at all when it came to showing us the beds. Obviously masks were worn through out the entire process. The installers came in a timely manner and were professional and showed us how to maneuver the bed. We actually had to push our delivery back a couple of times due to some issues with our tile installer but there was no problem doing that. Thank you again sleep number can't wait to enjoy our new bed! read more

Simply put, great experience great sleep. The sales associate here, Estefania, was super helpful with finding me the mattress that best fit my (lack of sleep) needs. I have for many years suffered from a pinched nerve in my back and have never slept better. RUN in the opposite direction from these people. We actually paid nearly $9,000 for a top of the line set but cancelled before delivery because of the incredibly rude delivery people. It's evident that any company that would hire and keep the representatives we dealt with could not possibly produce a product worth what they were asking for. UPDATE: Had just read response from customer service (below) when I went to return the accessories (unopened mattress pads) and got the most horrible manager you can imagine who refused to take them back until I threatened to just leave them and dispute the charge. This is obviously not an isolated incident. They hire terrible people. Remember, these beds will need repair over time. If they can't get the most basic business practices right, they will probably not be around to repair. BUYER BEWARE. read more

DO NOT BUY!!! Over priced garbage. Could not find a comfortable setting. I endured this mattress for 30 days. Each nights sleep was progressively worse.
