Not only for the product , which we were throughly educated on, but the sales associates, Alexis and her backup, Noah and manager David. Clean, attractive, comfortable showroom. uncluttered, welcoming, and friendly. Very nice to do business with. Other places were not so clean, very cluttered or not as friendly. Between them and Sit&Sleep, Slt and Sleep won. Nothing against them. But Sleep Number won out. Thank you! The store feels a little older and a little small for the amount of merchandise held within, but the service mattresses and pillows are so well taken care of that they feel and look new. Worst purchase I ever made. It's only been 4 1/2 years since I bought my sleep number bed for $2600. Since then I have had 3 motors, several caps and one service call. My bed never worked correctly. Last night I had to pump it every 45 minutes to avoid sleeping in a hole. I'll be taking it apart and putting it in the trash pickup. It's an air mattress, not the best thing in beds like they advertise. Never again and never ever would I recommit. read more

In the market for a new bed for ourselves and our daughter. Decided to stop at this location. We pulled up at 7:45 on a Thursday evening. The sales associate saw us coming, locked the door and walked away. We noticed the hours of operation were until 8:00pm. The sales associate came to the door and explained that he was counting down the drawers for the night but he had 15 minutes to help us. How many of you have ever bought a bed in 15 minutes. My husband then tells him the hours on the door need to be changed to 7:45. Again the sales associate said it was because he had to count 4 drawers. At this point I was irritated and told my husband let's just go. I don't do business with people like that. The bed had problems from the beginning but the problem we are having now is entirely our fault our new puppy chewed the wires under the bed. I called Sleep Number they gave us another number to call for a repairman in our area. The person that answered that phone didn't know what she was doing or where Riverside is. She gave me several numbers and I asked if those were in my area and she said oh are you near Los Angeles and I said no, oh what about San Diego? No, do you have a number with 951 area code. Oh just one. Okay. Called the guy and he called back said he would be here Friday. Never showed up and will not return my texts or calls. He is in Murrieta. My husband is disabled and needs to sleep sitting up. I know that on top of paying over 7 grand for this bed our warranty will probably not cover this repair, we are willing to pay to get it fixed but if he is the only guy where do we go. My side won't go up anymore and we can occasionally get his to go up. I am at a loss. Never again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy one of these beds ever. Disgusted. read more

I have been the owner of a Sleep Number bed since the 1990's. I decided to purchase a new sleep number bed in 2022. There was a excellent sale on the particular bed and furniture I wanted. Due to having had surgery recently in 2022, I could not go to a store to try it out. I didn't wish to do it completely online so I called the Riverside store at 2711 Canyon Spring Parkway, 92507. I spoke with a sales agent who happened to also be the Manager. Customer service was excellent. I chose my bed online and furniture at sleepnumber.com so the manager was able to access the cart/order in which he explained every step of the process for the bed, operational manual and of course the great promotional sale along with huge discount on bed, furniture and financing. I felt very confident that this investment would benefit my health, wellness and sleep behavior. This for me is a game changer for me and my husband's life. The manager explained everything regarding the process from order, manufacture and delivery date. Very informative and secure in my choices I have been experiencing my bed now 8 months and both my husband and I are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to many years as we did our first sleep number bed which by the way was still functional when it was replaced. The store always kept me up to date through phone and texts on my progress plus I could call them for any questions. Everyone at the store was friendly, and professional. I recommend this store in particular if anyone is interested in a sleep number bed. I give a 5 star rating for the store and the bed. read more

We have had a sleep number bed for years. We decided to go ahead and upgrade it. Ok so after taking advantage of the " sale" we ended up with a bill over $4,000 for a queen bed. $200 delivery fee but here's the great part the entire bed in it's box has to be able to go into the room. We have stairs and a door to our bedroom so there is the deal breaker. Sleep number said if the bed was taken out of the box we bought it whether or not they can install it. I have moved queen size box springs into the room, however I was clever enough to take it out of the box. We talked to the manger absolutely no help. So if you have a bedroom that doesn't have access to the outside from the ground floor it probably will not be able to be delivered. Sleep number has lost a customer and guess what they don't care. read more

Great mattress - terrible customer service! We bought sleepnumber's most expensive i10 mattress and we do love it but really not more than other high-end mattresses we've owned. Unfortunately every time we need service from sleepnumber I have to do all the follow up to get them to complete their repairs. Then I have to take time out of my day to return the original parts via UPS. Also bought 3 sets of their sheets online and accidentally ordered the wrong size. Then I found similar sheets for waaay less so I tried to return the sleepnumber sheets for a refund instead of exchange - they wouldn't do it even though the sheets were unopened. Sleepnumber cares zero about their customer satisfaction and are just trying to make money by overpricing their merchandise. Will never recommend sleepnumber again and will never buy anything from them again either. read more

Do not get a sleep number bed. They tell you you have 100 days to return it if you do not like it. That's bullshit. I spent $8000 on a cal king flex top CSE bed and I have had it for a month. Went back to tell them and all they said was call customer service. They are way overpriced and they do not care about their customers. The guy we dealt with his name was Mark. Visited the Sleep Number Canyon Springs Pkwy store 20 minutes before closing as a last minute drive by decision. Have been looking at recent consumer report ratings on the i8 showing a very high rating and was seriously considering making the purchase. Upon entering the front door to the store, the first words out of the mouth of the sales person, was I'm going to be closing soon. He made us feel unwelcome upon entering the store. It was all about him obviously wanting to close the store in 20 minutes on Friday evening as opposed to being about the customer. In this case, a customer interested in spending $6,000 on a new i8. Consumer Reports rates the bed as high quality, though, does not rate the poor customer service. Very disappointing customer service! Ok so I have pain issues during the night and I don't sleep well and do a lot of tossing and turning. My husband and I wandered into this store just to check it out. The employee working named Robin was not only helpful and knowledgible but super patient as well. She must have spent an entire hour with us showing us different beds and all the options. Today was the day we were getting our sleep # bed. We went to the store and was helped by Mark, seemed like a nice knowledgeable salesman. He obviously didn't know 1 bed from another. We spent $7400 and on our split Cali King bed. When the installers came and they were super nice but what we got was the wrong mattress. After we told Mark several times we wanted a Split Cali King what was delivered was a solid full mattress not a full split. The delivery guys said they would call and get it straightened out. When Sleep # called us back they were sorry but said in order to get the mattress we originally wanted was going to cost us an extra $538 because the mattress we got even though it was the wrong one was what we paid for. We were livid because the company offered us no help or discount on the correct Mattresses we wanted originally. Please shop elsewhere and if you do shop there and get Mark as your salesman plz talk slowly so he completely understands what you want. What a Joke!!!!! read more
