I had bought a mattress in 2026 here. I received to notch customer service from Arely. Unfortunately, for all my research I had issues with the bed and called for a replacement due to my warranty. They came out and inspected the bed and I went right up there and Erik (the ownet) guided me to another bed. Back pain is a problem for me and only a Simmons Worldclass Pillowtop mattress helped me sleep at night (my wife loves it too). But when it came to replacing it the only comparable mattresses were a Serta-Simmons Beautyrest level 3 med firm pillowtop at $7,000 or a Kluft luxury firm with pillowtop at $17,000+. Both were more expensive than I could afford. So, I tried the consumer review websites to find a comparable mattress for less money. But all the reviews were sponsored websites that recommended the same 10 low-quality mattresses. So, I shopped around and found Mattress Liquidation in Rancho Cucamonga and I was surprised to be able to speak with Eric the owner. He explained that at the end of the year the manufacturers make minor adjustments for the next year's new mattresses and then they sell their current inventory to Eric at cost or lower. So, Eric was able to get for me both a Beautyrest level 3 med firm pillowtop and a Kluft luxury firm with pillowtop, each for less than half the price of the Beautyrest (including delivery and removal of the old mattress). So, I got both mattresses and my wife and I couldn't be happier!!! However, not everyone needs the highest-level mattress, and Eric has tons of selections at all price points from famous manufacturers, with deep discounts. So, Eric has a dream mattress for everyone at a discount. Like every liquidator warehouse, it lacks the pretty showroom and some of the warranties, but mattresses don't have moving parts so the savings more than justifies any risk. read more

1 star for service I'll probably increase it to 2 starts if the bed frame I ordered gets actually delivered today as the owner said Ordered an adjustable bed frame with massage feature from sales guy Armando . Price was good. Got excited and patiently waited til it arrived. Problem #1 And then there it was they set up a different product lol. No massage feature, and came in with the split dual feature which I didn't want. They left it there Problem #2 They set me up for a replacement and scheduled for a new delivery several days after. They did not show up. I got upset since I don't live in that house yet. I had to take the time and drive to the house to meet them Problem # 3 Again, They set me up for a new schedule several days later. And what do you know, They did not show up. And called me on the day and time that they scheduled me. Again, i went out of my way, missed work to meet them promptly at home to no avail. I got upset , spoke to the owner and we agreed for a new delivery schedule for the next day at 10am , and I made sure with the owner , he confirmed. Problem # 4 . (today as im writing this review) The next day came 10am. . Promptly drove to my house to meet them. Nothing. 10:30 came. Nothing. No calls no texts. I called them and they told me it will arrive today but they don't know what time. So as of now im stucked with a Bed frame i don't want. And whether it will be replaced today or not , we will see Ok they lack communication first and foremost. They do not give clients a heads up when things are being cancelled or rescheduled. They call you on the day of, on the time of the scheduled time. Or does not even call you at all in the case of my last problem They don't check if they're sending the correct item. Maybe they do but I don't t know how they ended up sending me a wrong product Apparently they sold me an item they don't even have available or know when it will be available , so I'm stuck here waiting and waiting read more
