It was not. I called MULTIPLE times and no one could give me an update until around the 23 or 24th when it was realized they sold me an out of stock mattress. I had to go back in and get a new mattress. Of course it was way more expensive. The delivery on this one ended up being delayed because they didn't call me to reschedule as they said they would. I've been sleeping on the ground for 2+ weeks because I have my fiancé who is a combat wounded vet the couch. They've done nothing to rectify any of their mishaps and it's really gross business practice
