A little short in explaining their deals and discounts, but it's worth the extra discussions.

For service quoted me $125 to fix front screen after 3 or 4 days ago I just had it fixed for 185…read morebut told me it's going to cut me a deal since I just brought it in for $68 come to find out he charged me $162 even though he only quoted $125 just to fix the screen so I don't so I guess I'm out $100

BEING AWESOME IN LIFE AFFECTS MORE PEOPLE THAN YOU KNOW, Episode #060492…read more Around three weeks ago I smashed the screen of my Galaxy S9+ into a corner of a cabinet in my attempt to catch the device as it slipped out of my hand and headed to the floor. The device's protective case does little to protect the screen from blunt force trauma when the screen itself receives a rather significant direct pinpoint impact with the corner of hard object. The device probably would have been fine if I had just let it hit the floor, but my wanna be ninja reflexes tried to stop it's decent and caused more damage in the save. needless to say, I failed my reflex save. The phone is two years old but it still serves me well and most likely last a few more years. Instead of getting a new phone, which I would have to pay for the cracked screen anyway, I chose to just get this one fixed. Stacy, and several folks we know, have had much success with a local place called the Cell Phone Doctor. (I recommend booking an appointment. They are quite busy. You can book an appointment through their Facebook page. They respond within a couple of hours) I booked my appointment as Fritz Ling. When I paid my bill I provided my full name. Upon hearing the name the owner stopped what he was doing, looked at me with a slightly tilted head, and asked, "Do you know Samantha Fotovich?" I smiled, then responded, "Just a little bit. She's my oldest niece of all five of my favorite nieces. Matter of fact, just this last November my Wife and I officiated her wedding as we made her and Austin promise to be exceptional to each other forever and be best friends for life." "She teaches my son, Rami. You tell her I said Hi and that Rami misses her very much." He then directed his attention towards the cashier and said, "Go ahead and give him the 10% family discount." P.S. The establishment REGULARLY wiped down the door, the door handle, credit card machine, and anything else which came in contact with human touch. I felt extremely safe waiting for my device to be repaired while reading me some Chuck Gannon.)

BLAKE IS THE BEST!! I never have a good experience at phone stores and he made it so easy and was…read moreso kind!! Give that man a raise!! 10/10 love that place!

This is not about this particular store, but rather Verizon Wireless as a company…read more Verizon wireless is totally inept. I have an issue with a final bill, I left because of terrible service, and these folks cannot even manage to get this straight. On the first call I was transferred 8 times and wound up being connected to a credit agency and the second time I was transferred 10 times with the same result. Verizon used to be a great company and I was with them for over 15 years, but then they lost sight of their most valuable asset - their customers. I left them and paid all I owed, with a customer service rep taking care of the business. Then all of the sudden I get hit with the $80 charge that was already dealt with. Even though disputed, they have put this on my credit history. That is a bush league move, especially when the customer has ALWAYS paid his bill in a timely manner. Verizon has turned into a predatory company with NO respect for customers. They do not care about the issue and they just say they are right no matter what. Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT ever be associated with this company. There is much better out there at much better rates. They have destroyed 15 years of my loyalty to the point I will never use them for anything ever again. Maybe if someone at Verizon does care they can contact me at mjm7577@gmail.com. I throw that out there but expect no results seeing the way these folks operate. Let's see other firms keep doing better and better - maybe the giant will fall and decay, just like other arrogant firms who thought they were too big to fail. Yes Verizon, you are failing badly!!!!!
