They told me you get a $50 credit for just applying for their credit card. So I did but it was almost30% interest so I did not accept. You only get if you accept the card. I got approved easily. But I do not like them not telling the truth read more

This is a really really nice Tmobile facility. I came in here for one of the Tmobile Tuesday prizes. It's a stand alone building right on the main roadway. Very clean store. Unfortunately they didn't have what we were looking for (iPhone 13) but they did tell us how to get it. read more

On 11/1/2022 I went to T-Moble because I had as having a problem with the new phone line they set up for me on my Apple Watch. Nathan Woodard helped me and did an excellent job. He was patient knowledgeable, and solved my problem. Going forward I plan on using T-Moble for other services. read more

My sincere Thank You to Brendan of T-Mobile for the above and beyond effort to get my number transferred from Verizon to T-mobile on my new store bought Samsung A14 5G cell phone! I had a brand new Verizon phone that had locked my actual phone number, not my phone, into the Verizon nationwide system! The t-mobile in store and remote staff had to go through red tape as my imprisoned cell phone number had to be sent to a temp number before it could become a part of the T-mobile Network! Brendan was patient throughout the 2+ hour process and I walked out of the store with a completely functional communication device that could finally receive calls, text, and emails. He even walked me through basic functions, helping me to set up my ring tones for incoming calls and messages that I had not been receiving on my other device! GOD Bless everyone of the employees as their technical knowledge makes them essential personnel in our NWO of Artificial Intelligence controlled life! I highly recommend this location and employee!! read more

After about 10 minutes an associate came out the back and finally assisted me. Because I am still in my parents' account, I had to call them to get me added, which took about 15 minutes, but the associate that was helping me left me there for about 20 minutes. When he was there, he was great, just wasn't a fan of being left for long periods of time.

I was reluctant to try this internet service as I was afraid it would turn out to be like all the other services I had in the past which is a lot and the totally unreliable services I got from the ones in the past but I gave them a shot and chose the cheapest package they had and to my surprise they wound up being the best of all. Even at $59.95 a month I can run my online weather station 24 / 7 plus run all 3 of our TV's, play games on our phones, run our computers and laptops and our tablets at a comfortable pace with no problems whatsoever. We have had 3 strong storms come through here and the first thing I thought was oh boy we're gonna lose our power and internet but to my surprise our internet never even missed a beat. That girl was the young overweight Caucasian with glasses and dyed blonde hair. A car pulled up and she said "stupid fucker just go home". She spoke at very unnecessary times and you can tell she gets angry when she doesn't get her way. the other white girl seemed to attempt to do her job but she still seemed like she just wanted to solve the issue and get me to leave as soon as possible. The black girl was in training and I felt bad because she has such terrible examples to lead her.
