However, the sales people are very friendly, which is what makes them a good salesperson. You aren't paying for service here. They would have received a 5 star review if they did the following- - Offer to fix the broken light upon delivery. (Delivery people broke a light, and nothing has been done to repair) -Delivered when promised- Ordered on a Monday, and was told that Friday, it would be there. It took much longer than that with limited response time. I had time constraints adn would have ordered elsewhere. -Informed me about set up being an extra cost. I am a cancer patient with limited stregnth. I was unable to move that sectional on my own. I would've paid extra. I was met by Charles Witt, who seemed to be working by myself that day. He asked me some questions about my sleep style and what I was looking for, and gave me some suggestions. Then he just left me alone to try them out. Honestly that was the best part of my experience, I didn't feel rushed into making a decision. I went between a couple several times before finally picking one but not once was I ever rushed to make a decision. If you haven't purchased in a while and want to really try the mattress before making a commitment to something you'll spend a 1/3rd of the next 5-10 years on I would recommend this location.

I purchased a Saatva Classic from an associate named Johnny. I used the mattress for a couple weeks and noticed it felt very odd and uncomfortable. I then went to a store and tried the authentic Saatva Classic and it felt completely different from the one he sold. I had someone from Saatva do an inspection on my mattress today and they confirmed that the mattress we bought isn't authentic. I contacted Johnny to let him know that what he sold us was fake. He then apologized and said he would do an exchange for us for another mattress because he can't process any refunds, only exchanges. It was weird to me that he couldn't refund me even after I found out what he sold was fake. He then asked me to drive 45 minutes to his storage to check out mattresses that I can exchange for at no cost difference. I am 9 months pregnant and went to his store with my kid and when we got there , we tried other mattresses, we felt like we had no other choice but to select another mattress. So when we selected another mattress, he then asked us to pay $300 more. He never mentioned once before we drove there that he'd charge us more. He only said come try the mattress and we'll deliver it the same day. I left crying because I faced such a complicated drive during the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy to fix this issue but he was a total scam and a very greedy person. I have sent his company's information to business bureau now to help me get this issue resolved. I don't want any other customer to face this issue like I did therefore posted a review for a full warning. A mattress is something you sleep on for years and decades. Everyone should get the product they pay. Nobody should ever receive fake products. Its just so wrong!!!
