I buy all my husband's snacks for the week. I just bought cranberry juice there 6 pack bottles of 100% juice. $2.50 a six pack. No way you're going to come close to that price anywhere else. They have a baking isle with good brand name products such as nestle chocolate chips and sugar flour and spices. They have coffee, k-cups and tea. They have a vegetable and condiments isle with soups and spaghetti sauce. I got a glass jar of pasta sauce and very good brand name for $2.00 and change. It's almost $6.00 at other stores. And they also have fresh bakery good when you first come through the door with cookies and fresh baked pies as well as bread and rolls. Homemade jars of pickles and jams as well as honey and maple syrup. I can't say enough about this store. I can fill a cart for around $150.00 with everything from breads, cereals, frozen foods, snacks, canned vegetables, coffees, baking goods and more. I went to my local grocery store the other day and 2 bags cost me over $70.00. Now I'm not saying anything bad about other stores, but just want to express the difference in the savings by shopping here. The store is clean, bathroom facilities are clean which is nice as I have a 40 minute drive to get there from home but it is worth it. I actually get excited every week to go because i know I'm saving a ton of money but it's also exciting because every week I go they will always have different items they didn't have the week before. Like this past week they had the cranberry juice and my cinnamon Cheerios with the granola. They had my husband's favorite granola bars with yogurt and they even have his protein and cliff bars most weeks. They also have toilet paper, laundry detergent, health and beauty items and trash bags, paper plates, diapers, dog food, cat food, dog treats and more. You can get about anything you need here. I do believe that if the workers wanted to they could have given me a print out but instead they chose not to. Ik they could have printed it out bc normally there are other workers who do excellent at assisting with this. I believe as a former customer service worker that a minor inconvenience for the worker is better than a minor inconvenience for the customer/ consumers who is the reason these businesses are able to function. I stopped in after searching for Hop Water and saw on the Hop Water website the Good Life Market sold it. I arrived about a half hour before close so I was one of few customers and ended up buying a ton and wanting more. First, I found a 4 pack of beer that had JUST been released in Burlington VT and then Portland ME (collaboration beer) and immediately grabbed it. Absolute score! I was super impressed with the beer selection, both refrigeratorated and on the shelf, plus N/A options, hop waters, mixers, you name it. Before I even made it to the beer section I was drawn to the prepared food because I was hungry and knew I would have to prepare something when I got home. I got smoked ribs (probably a half rack) for $11.99, Cole slaw and a broccoli bacon salad. They had multiple refrigerators and freezers with everything you can imagine, frozen Slab pizza, health drinks, locals meats, local ice cream, etc. I noticed a huge wall of local coffee so I will be going back to hopefully find espresso beans, which are challenging to come by. I didn't notice inside seats but that would be a good addition. For the ribs, I wrapped them in foil and baked at 350 for 20-30 minutes. I was so happy to find real food, prepped for easy reheating. I will definitely be back with my husband to order sandwiches and pick up more goodies.
