I do believe that if the workers wanted to they could have given me a print out but instead they chose not to. Ik they could have printed it out bc normally there are other workers who do excellent at assisting with this. I believe as a former customer service worker that a minor inconvenience for the worker is better than a minor inconvenience for the customer/ consumers who is the reason these businesses are able to function. I am very upset by this.

I called him an ambulance and another person in my party went to inform the management and get narcan. The manager did not seem to care at all and did not give us narcan. Luckily Biddeford EMS is top notch and was able to come within 2 minutes of the initial call. From now on I'll be driving the extra 5 minutes to the "good" Hannaford in Saco.

Chicken Tenders were taken out of the heated case and chopped up into smaller pieces for the sub. However, the breaded chicken tenders were very dry & crumbly mixed in with the lettuce, tomato slices, onions, and mayo on chewy sub roll. I would've thought they would deep fry the tenders fresh if I was ordering a made to order sub. The bacon pizza slice was pretty decent with a chewy soft crust.

At this time she respectfully points it out to the cashier & in turn says to my daughter in a very snide tone, "uhh no that's just cheese from your mozzarella sticks." My daughter responded with, "No Ma'am that's hair not cheese." And in the meantime because it is indeed disgusting, my daughter doesn't want to hold this piece of hair she drops it on the floor and wipes her hands off. Cashier calls over Samantha, "the store manager"; at this point the cashier states that the "alleged" complaint my daughter was stating was about mozzarella cheese and not a piece of hair. Samantha proceeded to belittle and degrade her by telling her that she could have that very piece of pizza for free cause she didn't have the hair in question to prove that it was true and she wasn't just attempting to get food for free. When my daughter politely declined and said she'd throw that piece out and would get a different piece and take that free piece as conciliation; Samantha argued that she would pay for the piece out of the hot box that was different then the current one on the counter. This entire power play would've never transpired if it were a grown adult as she would've known she couldn't have gotten to use her position as an attempt at power play. What a pathetic excuse of a grown woman. Shameful!

I stole a mozzarella stick and it had the nice crunch before you get the milky pop from the cheese inside. With the 1 mozzarella stick and 1/2 the ham cheese and bacon sandwich I was full and pretty happy. Whoever is cooking there is definitely doing a great job and they have 3 registers, 1 just for food and drinks but the cashiers are very nice and friendly. Definitely worth the stop and I'll be going there again the next time we're at a site nearby

The pizza - Soppresatta was packed with flavor, salty, spicy, little sweet from a touch of honey and a very fresh, slightly punchy sauce - keeps some acidity and tastes lively. The crust was delicious, from what I read, this is a sourdough crust. Definitely had some good character and flavor to it.. I got this heated before eating it. The vegan special - obviously I'm not vegan, but that pizza looked phenomenal. Had to try it. This one did not get heated up as it was suggested to leave it cold (logical considering it basically has a salad on top). I don't know what the vegan cheese was but it tasted like a whipped ricotta/goat cheese would. The fresh tomato, pickled peppers and red onion all played perfectly together. I'd certainly go back here. A little on the pricey side but I think it rang in around $18 on these 2 slices (yes, pictured is considered a slice of each) I was plenty satisfied.
