I took my Hustler zero turn mower to Ceresville for a major overhaul that cost approx $2k. I should say at the outset that this mower is well used and not pretty, but very functional. Within less than an hour of returning the mower to service, the carburetor, which was cleaned and reassembled during the overhaul, flooded the engine and crankcase with gasoline, most likely due to an improperly reinstalled carb float. I returned the mower to Ceresville to make it right (I supplied a new OEM carburetor) and Ceresville charged me nearly $800 to fix their own error. When I complained to the owner of the business and said that I should not be paying to fix an issue they had caused, he merely shrugged his shoulders and said, the bill would stand. When I said, nicely, "Bob, you know that's just not right", he said to never come back.

Here's our experience. 1) Parking: Located up a long driveaway, there was enough parking for guests without it feeling cramped. 2) Space: For the Indian ceremony, we were outside in their garden. It was beautiful, but also very cold on a windy April evening. Luckily, there were blankets for guests, but it was COLD. The cocktail hour was below the barn with powerful heaters. Upstairs in the old barn was the reception. It felt a little tight for 150 guests, but not bad. 3) History: The property is on an old farm with a brick Colonial era house. The house is where the wedding party got ready for the ceremony. I couldn't find record of this easily online, but it's safe to assume the former owners of the house enslaved people pre-Civil War. It's important to note so we don't take that lightly.
