Internet has been down for over 2 weeks Calling everyday Was at that house last week said they would be there. If I could rate them ZERO, I would. This is the worst company by far. One time, three people came to check on my outages before the fourth finally found out what the problem was. Leave alone the fact that it takes them forever to respond to outage, they charge for every breath of air; they managed to disconnect my service because for ONE month ONLY I have paid only half of the bill. They disconnected it in complete violation of rules and guidance without absolutely any notification. They are UNPROFESSIONAL group of poorly capacitated people. read more

Literal garbage. You can call and call and call and nothing will get fixed. For a month there has been issues not just with mine but the whole block. We have our internet maybe an hour or 2 out of the day if we are lucky then bam gone. All we here is we are waiting for the techs to fix it and it's been escalated we just have to wait 24 to 48 hours. I mean I think a month is more than 24 to 48 hours and I mean for Christ sake the ans to our problem was on BBB it was solved a year ago but these people can't fix it. They want to be paid for service but why pay when the service ain't working and I have to use my dam Hotspot on my phone to use my computer and dam near get fired from my job bc these people are to dam stupid to fix their issues. The internet service is good , internet skips sometimes not a continuous flow. The two star rating is for customer service which is terrible and they make deals that they fall back on. The service is poor , I had to wait a few weeks to get my wire fixed after a wind storm . read more

SLIC is the little snake that constantly wants you to feed it bigger rats/sacks of money. Price went up $20 this year. Minimum price for barely useable 25mbps connection is $69, while they're receiving state money based on them not charging more than $60. $4 monthly "battery maintenance fee"? That's one even Spectrum didn't think of. read more

The service was average. The price kept increasing with an adequate explanation. When I terminated my service, I had to return their equipment at MY expense. I called for the final amount I owed on the service and paid the quoted amount. Today I received an invoice that I owed A PENNY! I requested service to stream Netflix, had it installed in my home and couldn't get enough speed to stream anything at 1.46mbps download and .9mbps upload, the tech said himself that the service they provided wouldn't be fast enough to watch Netflix, when I asked for a refund on the install because they sold me a service that would never work they refused. The install was simply plugging in the modem, even though I could have done that myself. Spectrum was great and provided a 100mbps service for less a month than slic wanted. Save your effort and don't deal with these con artists. read more

So far my service has been excellent I haven't had it for very long but I don't get any interruptions and my video streaming is pretty nice we watch Netflix alot and don't have to wait for the loading sign halfway through something I would give it 5 stars but my download/upload speeds have been a little slower than promised I'm hoping that they will make it better after a little bit more time of service read more
