This place was amazing it has plenty of choices. The lines flow quickly. They have food options available to puchase. However I do wish that they would allow you to slide down on your rear, bc the next day we were all sore and it took me a few days to recuperate. The food is expensive but comparable with sky zone. They have lockers available for purchase as well. Overall I would take my kids back but I would sit my but on the side lol.

Came here for their Adult Night, they do it once a month and it's fun to enjoy the place without any kids to watch out for It's very safe and clean and there's an attendant every slide They only have slides and a jumpy basketball thingy The only thing was I wished they had a shorter time for lesser $$ It was 90 mins + socks for $33/person, we were done sliding after 30 mins and was tired lol But it was a good experience overall

Took my two sons, 9 and 13, here today and man oh man was it a great time! I kept thinking, "how could slides be THAT fun to make a whole place for them?" Well they are when they're done right. I even bought a ticket. My youngest loved the racing lanes and my oldest pretty much tried them all. The swim and trapeze bar were a hit and got a lot of play from my boys. Food is pricey!! Ten dollars for a pizza the size of a coffee saucer. Plan to eat before or after to save money. We actually went to Best Friend's coffee and bagels down the road after. They have a place for littles under 45" which is nice. Fun place. We will be back. The $5 per socks were a bit pricey too but at least we have them for next time

This is definitely quite the place with countless slides. I just found some of them to be pretty unsafe with a lot of people getting minor bumps and bruises going down a few of the slides. I also thought the pricing during the adult evenings is pretty steep for what they have. We had fun checking it out once. I am sure it is a great place for kids so long as they do not get themselves injured, but not somewhere I will probably be back.

This is a pretty cool place. They also have time for adults. The food wasn't impressive. The bathrooms were clean. They clean frequently

Great fun for all ages! Super clean place and food is reasonably priced if you want to eat there. Staff are all helpful. Minimal wait time and so many fun slides, swings and dont forget the basketball. There are tables to reserve for parties too!

Within…read more30 minutes, I was at the register purchasing a $157 monthly pass (4 months) for the toddler area. I was impressed enough that I texted three friends photos, told my wife to start planning our son's birthday party here, and was actively asking managers about upgrading to full access because I had just discovered the larger "Adrenaline" area. For context: it's Indiana winter, it was cold, and I had a hooded sweatshirt on with the hood up because I was freezing. During my 2 1/2-hour stay, I spoke with two managers about memberships--neither said a word about my hood. While walking around trying to keep up my child, I heard someone off to the side say, "Take your hood off." I approached the man, who asked me politely. I politely asked why it was a rule. His response was shocking: "So I can see your entire face on my 50 cameras." This was 11:30 a.m. on a Friday, not a packed weekend night. I turned away to continue looking for my child, removed the hood, and muttered "whatever dude" under my breath. That's when the situation escalated wildly. He charged toward me, yelling: "I'm the owner--if you don't like it, leave!" I had already complied. That wasn't enough. He then shouted: "I'll give you your money back!" And finally said something that truly crossed a line: "If there are off-colored people with hoods up and we ask them to take it down, what would that look like?" I'm still trying to understand why race was brought into this at all. Let me be clear: * The facility is great for kids * The staff and managers were wonderful * We were not leaving anytime soon until this happened But the owner's behavior was aggressive, unnecessary, and completely inappropriate. A simple rule explanation would've sufficed. Instead, it turned into a power trip with racial commentary that had no place in the conversation. Rules are rules--but how you enforce them matters. I'll take the refund. And I'll take my business elsewhere.

The indoor area has certainly gotten some upgrades - great for the all-year-round crew, for sure. The most confusing thing about the arcade is that it uses a credit system that varies largely from game to game on what it's going to cost you and what it's likely to pay out. I'm sure this is the whole point of them taking your money -- the house always wins -- but I'd prefer to know how much one credit really cost me and how much a game really is. Not that the kids care when they've got their card though. Hoping next summer some repairs are finished and we'll have a better time.

Given that half of the go-kart attractions were now unavailable, I approached the sales desk and spoke to a young manager named Keira. I asked if we could receive a rain check to come back on a better day. She pointed to a notice on the wall and informed me, "It's our policy. The fine print states that we do not offer rain checks or refunds due to weather." I expressed my disappointment, as I feel it's unrealistic and unscrupulous to expect most customers to read fine print on the wall before purchasing tickets. In my opinion, businesses like this should consider more customer-friendly policies, especially when a significant portion of their attractions are uncovered and entirely dependent on the weather. While others may have their own opinions, I personally won't support a business that lacks flexible policies for paying customers when their offerings are so easily affected by conditions beyond anyone's control.

I get asked a lot--doesn't it feel like the same thing every time? Not at all. Every single visit feels different. Some days we feed animals, other days we don't. Sometimes the animals are super active, other days they're just lounging. It really depends on the time of day and even the season. Some visits we catch a show, some days we just wander and explore at our own pace. That's the beauty of a membership--you can go slow, follow your kids' interests, and leave whenever you're ready. The inside is decorated super cute and has a couple of rooms with seating, so a small group of people can still have lunch together despite the small space. You order at the counter, but then everything after that is table service unless you want to order more food or drinks. They have a drink/dessert case near the register that had some tasty looking dessert options (lemon cake, matcha cheesecake, beignets, macarons), but I didn't try any during my visit. I ordered a 24oz iced banana bread latte with almond milk, a turkey and gouda toastie (a fancy grilled cheese), and a side of kettle chips. One friend also ordered the turkey and gouda with extra turkey and our other friend ordered a different toastie with a cup of tomato soup and a sweet tea. We all really loved our lunch, with one friend saying she liked her sandwich more than the last cafe spot we met up at. The food took longer than I would have thought to come out, but it was because the group next to us had ordered food right before we came in and we hadn't realized. They also forgot my side of kettle chips, but I just walked back up to the register to ask them for it. Loved that they offer a 24oz size for iced coffee, so I'll definitely be stopping in here again soon! They have order forms at the register to build your own charcuterie board to eat there or take to-go. I definitely want to come back to do that- it would be the perfect snack to have at a park picnic. This was my last phone call to a place that sells these, and despite them having a large function the next day, she said, "absolutely, give us some time and we will make it happen!" I picked up a board for around 10 people, it cost a little over $100, and was perfect! The family truly enjoyed it, said it was wonderful and I can thank them enough for fitting in the order. Highly Recommend!!!
