I was not sure what to expect from the exterior of the building. Honestly the sign above the door…read morelooks like a tarp that is just hung up there (it is an actual permanent sign) so I would suggest some other color and variations if they decide to redo this. When you walk in, it takes just a second for your eyes to adjust as the whole place is dark and lit by blacklights. As you enter the door, you are greeted with a few arcade game machines. The mini golf course is towards the back and was relatively reasonable for pricing. It was $26.00 for three adults to play a round. The course was decent with many right angle banking and some shots where you need to hit it into an obstacle. There is no elevation to the holes unless it is a ramp so the holes are almost all flat. The final hole is a large clown face where you hit the ball into his mouth. The arcade consisted of quite a few games to play: skee ball, crane games, deal or no deal, a big wheel to spin and a few other fan favorites as well. The games cost anywhere from $1.10 to $1.75 for a play so it isn't completely outrageous. There were 't too many options to choose from at the arcade redemption center so I would suggest expanding more items here for people to earn. This is a fun place to spend a couple hours with the kids or a fun date. They even have birthday packages available for children with a designated room.

NOT SAFE! It is…read moreoverall a fun place, and it will certainly entertain you and you'll get your cardio workout, they do not have safety at the top of the list. Upon arrival, you must e-sign a waiver (for yourself and/or minors). Then, they insist that younger participants must buy socks. The socks do have rubber grips on the bottoms which may be why, but adults are not required to do the same. There are lockers to put your stuff, but no way to lock them unless you brought your own lock. Who the heck brings a lock? So someone has to sit out to guard your stuff. There are 3 trampoline zones. One where you can run and bounce against the walls, get some air and overall have a blast. Second zone is designed for dodgeball but those trampolines are much more droopy and harder to maneuver on. Third zone looks like a foam pit, but it is NOT a foam pit. It's a bunch of foam blocks on top of trampolines. BE CAREFUL in this area, the foam blocks can conceal the steel beams for the trampolines underneath. You may think your headed for a foam space, but land on a support bar. There are support bars everywhere, of course, something has to hold up the trampolines, and they do pad them. Enough? Who knows? The final zone is a great freefall experience. The fall is fun as heck! Drop 20 feet into a giant poofy airbag (which is tricky to get out of). However, the ascent to get to the fall is NOT SAFE. To get up, you have to climb on some "rock wall" style grips (which since you're not allowed shoes are painful and difficult). But the worst part, is that as you try to make the climb, there is a steel rail which you should be able to pull up on to help the painful climb. But this rail is NOT attached to anything. When you go to grab it, and it completely slips, you can easily fall or otherwise hurt yourself. When I brought this to the attention of the staff I was told, "Yeah, we've told our manager a bunch of times, but they never do anything about it." WHAT? All it would take is about one welder an hour to get done. That's like $60. And you can't do this one little thing?! Overall it was fun, but the negatives will cause me to not return. On our walk we headed up a long winding sidewalk for a mile. We still hadn't reached the end before turning around and heading back. There were so many adorable dogs on the visit. We also saw several birds and squirrels. Plenty of parking and areas to get out. There is also a children play area and places to picnic. Recommended

The only downsides are, and this is comparing it to the 1980s..., is that there are many more people here, PAVED trails (not a fan), and the signs say that we can no longer explore off the trails... kind of a let down, but I understand.

Staff (hosts, in particular) couldn't have been much more deplorable to us about it. We understand the policy, but there's a common decency to enforcing it in one's volunteer role (wearing a DNR hat). We're not loud. We respect other people, nature, and the place. Yet, there's 40' pushers with a jeep and 2 motorcycles who apparently don't have to abide by the same rules. When our guests did leave, the hosts thanked them for leaving loudly as they drove by. The campground was more than half empty, mind you. Sadly, we will think twice about returning if there are other options. If management values people coming here to camp on their vacation time, a close inspection of customer service might be a great way to approach that goal.

This was extremely disappointing and it certainly isn't worth the entry free to just see the three mock Indiana buildings they have here. Assuming however that you agent coming here to see Indian related memorials, then this park is very cool. There are trails to hike - a working farm to visit - playgrounds to play in. Whatever you would normally expect in a State Park. So like anything else - do your research before arriving. I unfortunately did not.

Almost hidden in the little town of Williamsport is an amazing geological feature millions of years…read morein the making. The Williamsport Falls at 90 feet high is the longest falls in Indiana. We knew it was there somewhere, but Eric at the Hot Dog Station said it's right out back and sure enough, there it was. There is a small parking area and maps of hiking trails where you can walk along the creek, descend and watch the waterfall. You can observe the top of the falls right from the parking lot. There was no water flowing due to lack of rain during our visit, but you could see amazing crevasses created by water rushing over the falls. For a small observation deck, you can see the shear drop of the falls. The fall foliage was just starting to change making the view spectacular. There is no charge to enter the park, which is dog friendly. There are several trails.

When I arrived at the park, I was surprised that there was so much to look at. It's not like most…read moreparks. This one has a pioneer village with log cabins, a museum (which was closed for a private event during my visit), and canal boat rides. The village is open to walk through and includes the Case Reed House which was moved from downtown to this site around 1986. The house was converted to a hotel for travelers after being a private residence. The canal boats are colorful and provide guided tours for those who wish to take the trip. I didn't have time to go on the ride, so I can't say how much it costs or how often the rides leave the dock. There is also a trail that runs through the park along the canal. This is a nice piece of local history from an era when Indiana thought it could be a navigable transportation area with the help of canals. Review #2792

Cleaner,…read morethe gentleman that runs it was very accommodating and he even upgraded our room when we unexpectedly had our grand kids for the night and we didn't even ask him to! It is peaceful out there! They have done an amazing job with the place it is beautiful!!! Can't wait to go back and stay again. You know how you go to some campgrounds and the owners bug you . Well this man doesn't. He made sure we didn't need anything and we didn't see him again till the next evening. The was awesome! His staff is super friendly also. We didn't get the omg another boring campground feeling from this place. There is a lot to do and we could only fit a quarter of it in on that short of a stay. There are Porta potty's out there and they are the cleanest ones I have ever been in. Are the showers are at the front by the office. there was only a few campers there we were all spread out, not feeling like we were on top of each other. It was nice.
