First, the girls at all locations are great and clearly understand the concerns I'm about to express. We purchased the Ambassadors Club package to use only the spa services, with occasional spray tans. For weeks, we were told "any day" they would get a new red light machine, which is part of why we chose to get the membership here. Unfortunately, that still hasn't happened a month later. The current red light bed now has 7 of 18 lights burnt out on top and theyve been out for the entire time we've been attending. The massage bed at the Hayden location was broken for two days we came, and the Cda location still has a broken massage bed, which has been broken since the beginning. When you pay for services, you expect them to be in good working order. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case, and clearly, they are in no rush to fix them. I emailed corporate, and they ignored my concerns.

I would constantly lay down to tan and as soon as the lights go on, there would be smudged hand prints here and there! yuck! so i would usually go to the stand up, so even if its dirty, i'd just stand on a towel so i wouldnt have to touch someones body fluids!! Prices here are also kinda crazy! Paid $75 for a month of unlimted! Yea its good compared to like $25 per tan or so, but not worth it if u constantly get dirty beds! Plus manager and her daughter will make u feel like shit if u complain about something!!

An employee named Brittany ended up doing her hair, and she completely butchered it. I'm gonna be honest, I've seen my wife with some pretty bad hair styles, and this one was BY FAR the worst. Brittany obviously didn't have a clue what she was doing. Aside from the actual hair styling itself, I was made aware that Brittany made my wife extremely uncomfortable. She was very rude, arrogant, bad talking her fellow employees, etc. my wife came home crying and filled me in on this entire experience. Fast forward a few days, my wife went in to another salon to get her hair "fixed." They informed her that her hair was so damaged / fried that they ended up having to take a few inches off to make it look even slightly better. I normally don't leave reviews, but I highly advise against booking with Brittany! TERRIBLE!

The beds are amazing, the tanning salon is beautiful and always clean, with each of the rooms being in pristine shape. I credit all this to the AMAZING Staff that work there. Gabby who managed this whole time until recently was the reason we fell in love with the salon. The customer service she had was FANTASTIC! All of the women she has brought in have been so efficient and they always go above and beyond my expectations. About a little over a month ago we heard Gabby would be moving on but let me tell you we were so sad as we LOVE HER! But then we heard the WONDERFUL news that Johnny was going to be taking over and we were ECSTATIC!! As we love all who work there Johnny is so AMAZING! She seriously is the best girl to take over for the great Gabby! Her customer service is wonderful!
