Extremely unsanitary and unsafe experience -- not recommended I visited this shitty nail spa on and was very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. The tools they used were visibly dirty and not properly cleaned between clients, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. I expected disposable or sterilized equipment, but that wasn't the case. Before the service started, I clearly told the guy that I did not want my skin removed during the manicure. Despite this, he insisted on removing skin/cuticle areas anyway, and did so roughly, causing irritation. I felt pressured and my request was ignored. After the appointment, I later developed a bacterial infection, likely caused by unsanitary practices. Given the visible condition of the tools and workstations, I wouldn't recommend this salon for nail services. Zero star read more

I needed a fill and wanted my almond nails reshaped and a new color..interesting enough I had gotten my last set done at Haus of Nails across the street (has a 4 on yelp) and i absolutely hated my service there my nails were so bumpy and misshaped..so when i came in i did express how i was nervous and Ana was so supportive of what i wanted! she immediately noticed how my nails looked and took her time and gave me exactly what i wanted. I really enjoyed my pedicure. I did heed the other reviews and was looking for a place that could give me a simple gel pedicure. In total I asked for the most basic level the "Spa Pedicure" that was $25 + $1 for the bag of items used such as nail file and the thing they use to scrub your foot. So in total $26 with gel and additional about $8. A place that's less than $40 basic price is unheard of now a days. As for care, I received the utmost care. They checked in on how long or short I wanted it and double checked if I was satisfied with the polish. They did do two coats and I got a basic white color on my toes. The employees were kind and I had not received a rude service like some people state. The pressure wasn't bad either, they didn't scrub too hard or soft and checked if the water temperature was just right. They get the job done for pedicures! I would love to come back. Haven't gotten a manicure yet so can't judge based on that but generally speaking if you aren't too picky about where to get your pedicure, this place is a viable option. read more

If I can rate a zero star review I'd would ... they don't do a good job here they complain about my nails being too short for an ombré affect (on acrylic nails) and they weren't short..., they redid it three or four times , they kept drilling and filling my nails too the point where it starts to hurt. They can't do a simple design not even a French tip. They took over three hours. They don't clean up the first error they did and they put it over it twice, a guy did the nails he had glasses on. I've been coming here once a month for the past 2 years, and I will finally give my honest opinion: WORST PLACE to get a mani, but the BEST PLACE to get a pedi. If you care about interior or the atmosphere in a nail shop, this place will disappoint you. It's a little bland, they don't play any music, and they own a TV but it's rarely ever on. If you don't want to be bored the your entire session, I suggest you bring something that will occupy you like some earphones or a book, otherwise you will be sitting in silence, having no choice but to just stare at the blank walls or your technician working on your nails. I've never had a bad encounter with the staff, they are always so kind. Sometimes they like to start conversations and they always make sure you are comfortable and not feeling any sort of pain. I simply do not recommend this place to anyone when it comes to manicures, because almost every single technician can NOT shape for anything! When you show them a certain style/design to recreate, afterwards it will look nothing or even the total opposite of what you requested. If they tell you "Yeah I can do that", most of the time, do not believe it. However, this is my top place to get a pedicure. This is the ONLY nail salons in Fontana that offer gel pedis for a great, reasonable price. Almost everywhere I've gone others charge me over $45, but with gel and an entire service at this place, I'm paying under that every time. One quick note to add, do not rely on this place opening up at 9am. They arrived at 9:10 today, 10 minutes late may mean nothing but every minute counts and if I had a tight schedule and somewhere to be right after, I wouldn't have been okay with this. Received good service. I went in the day before thanksgiving, it was a bit busy but it took about 10-15 min to be seen. For the price, I recommend this place. A basic pedicure is $25 and $1 for the bag of the items they used on you that they cant reuse on other clients (Nail file and buffer). I'm unsure of the technicians name who did my pedicure but he was very kind, asked if the water was too hot, conversated with you, was gentle and careful. Not recommended for pedis. Pro: staff was friendly, welcoming, nice. Open availability for appointments. Con: The technician asked me what happened to me toe. There was a little knick in it. I thought it was a rude question. The massage chairs are really aggressive. There is a Covid barrier in front of your face when you sit down in the pedicure chairs with the cost of everything taped to it. There is a warning that if you don't have a mask they will provide one to you for $1. In fact, there are a lot of things for sale. There are stuffed animals in bags that are pinned to the wall to buy. The basic pedi was almost done and I asked for a design. When I saw the end result I wasn't happy because it didn't look professional. To the salon's credit they said they could repaint but I just wanted to get out of there after a well meaning tech came over and said how nice it looked (feeling pressure to agree). I came there on Saturday and I wanted a French tip, like the photo I provided which these nails looks nothing like the photo. I wish he would have been honest and said he can't do the same thing. Then I would have done something different. This is more like a wide square shape. I don't like it. It looks weird to me. I'm not sure if it's the kind of nail that was chosen for me or what. Came here for the 1st time about a month ago , I will start off by saying going in they were super safe made sure you had a mask & they used bags for pedi bowls which is a plus , I got a pedicure with a chunky guy he was nice & did a decent job , came again about 2 wks later brought my mom , we were both pleased on how they use brand new stuff and sent us Home with them to bring for next time . I like how clean this place is. They change the liners on the pedicure spas when they replace the water, and they even sell you your own file on the first visit at a very low cost that you can bring back with you.
