My recommendation to the business (as tax payers) is to either get on the phone with the police and demand some more patrol, hire security or shut down in the evening. The recommendation is your duty and responsibility to the community. I travel here to clean my vehicles because the self cleaning bays are good and this place is opened the only time I can get over (at night). There is something you can do to correct this.

The staff doesn't do anything about it and yeah, it's not really their job, but then whose is it? Put the payment kiosk in front of the vacuums NOT after, get a camera, get something.
