The car was not wiped down after the wash, and I initially mistook the damage for dried soap. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told by Nelson that the damage did not occur at their facility, with suggestions that it was caused by my windshield wipers or a pre-existing issue. As this is a one-year-old lease, I am concerned about the significant impact of this damage. While they offered me touch-up paint and a free polish, this does not address the underlying issue of the paint loss. I am disappointed in both the lack of accountability and the quality of service provided.

Before he began, he asked if I had any questions and he answered any of my concerns. He spent about 4 hours reviving my 2014 minivan and it looked pretty awesome afterwards. I did noticed a couple of minor deficiencies and he quickly addressed and rectified them. The service cost is a bit high but I was pleased with his efforts and his results.
