Jazmine was my therapist and she started off by giving me an overview then I changed and got onto the table (just like you would for a massage) and she came back to start working on me. While I can see a difference compared to before surgery, the results do not resemble any of the before-and-after photos shown during the consultation process. Those images set an expectation that, in my experience, does not reflect realistic outcomes. Additionally, my post-operative follow-up appointment was rescheduled five separate times. This level of scheduling inconsistency made it difficult to feel supported during recovery and does not reflect a patient-centered experience. Dr. Case was professional, but overall the process, communication, and final results fell short of what I expected for a procedure of this cost.
