When I drove up I saw the massive race track and thought I'd get to run this thing up around 150 mph or so, but then was told that the Lamborghini drive was a road corse setup in a side lot which just meant it was more handling experience as opposed to speed. The course was good, but smaller than one would hope. It was a well run event by very helpful and enthusiastic staff members. You definitely should buy the extra laps even though they are probably twice what they should be considering you're already there driving ($129 x3 laps). The biggest problem is your own desire to drive the car fast -- faster driving means the experience ends faster as well. The extra laps come in handy because it takes 2 laps to get used to the car and track layout. People will complain about the "nickel & dimeing", but these cars aren't cheap to buy or maintain so keep that in mind that you don't have those headaches of replacing a $10,000 clutch, etc. they could charge more for all-inclusive, but then the price point wouldn't be as appetizing to as many people.

When trying to book this we had some issues but we worked through them with the boss/owner Chris…read morewho seemed to want to ensure that everything went well. We booked 2 slingshots for a four hour period. The night before, I emailed Chris to confirm that they would arrive at 8 am. On the day of our rental the slingshots were to arrive at 8am as we had other plans in the afternoon. At 830 I called the company to see where they were as they had not arrived. The guy said he was leaving the office with "it" shortly. I reminded him that we rented 2 machines. He had been told 1 machine and so he told us he had to confirm with Chris. After 9 am I called again and he said he could not get Chris but he was taking our word and was arranging for 2 machines. They finally arrived at 930. 1 and 1/2 hours late! Because of that, we had to change our plans ( we were planning to drive to key largo and back). Instead, we drove around town for 2 and 1/2 hours. When the guys came back to pick up the machines, they apologized for the mixup and said that they recommended to Chris to connect with us and give us some money back as the fault was theirs. It's been 2 weeks and we have not heard from Chris. Not even an apology. I guess once they got our money, they did not care. I won't be using them again and can't recommend them as acting in a professional manner.
